Matt Reynolds and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The installers were polite and neat. The tech was courteous and conscientious. I now have the app that tracks my energy generation; all is good.

IPS of VA installed 20 panels on the roof of our home on the Eastern Shore just over a year ago. They did a great installation job, but I have been particularly pleased with their after-sales service, in terms of answering questions and providing guidance to a novice like myself. My experience with the local energy company was not so good--possibly because there are not a whole lot of solar customers in their service area. Eventually it all got sorted out and the system works beautifully.

If youre getting solar panels installed, these are definitely your guys. After I figured out what I wanted and signed the papers they had solar panels on my roof, wired and working in less than 2 days without a single hiccup to date.I found them to be very knowledgeable and honest about the various options I had for a residential system. They had no problem translating all the complicated lingo into laymans terms which made sense to me as a buyer

IPS of Virginia installed our PV system in Chincoteague Va a year ago and we have generated more power than we consumed this past 12 months. The people are great to work with.

I worked w/ IPSofVA on a solar PV project on a farm in Moseley, VA. Sean & Matt were very helpful and professional. They provided a layout of the panels, discussed net metering & PPAs, coordinated w/ Dominion, etc. Unfortunately, I was not able to proceed with the project because DVPs cost to bring the power to their nearest sight was too expensive.I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again due to their can do attitude.
