This review is long overdue, but I would like to thank Kelly for the great experience. He was able to beat any of the surrounding competitors in terms of price and customer experience. Dealerships I visited prior were trying to sell me on a basic model for my suggested price range. I was able to leave Pearson Kia with a sports trim model at the price of what these other businesses were charging for their basic trim.

Bought my very first car here. They were very nice and helpful. They tended to my indecisiveness and made sure to answer all of my many questions in great detail. Ive had the car the for two months now and theyve also been helpful with follow up questions. I switched from Ford and am very happy with my decision. I will definitely be back.

My KIA 2017 is a great car but hard on gas. I took it to Florida,it drive really nice, comfortable, plenty of room for all our things. In Florida their most have been over a thousand of them. very popular.

Stopped in to look at the Kia Soul and left driving one home! The staff were very helpful and professional. I did not feel pressured to buy! There were great end of the year savings! This was only the second time in 72 years that I have bought a new car and it was much better then my experiences with used car dealers! I would highly recommend this dealership to others!

I uses these guys for there service after a few failed attempts at other places ...getting basic vehicle has been so far relatively easy and they have not tried to sell me extra junk that I do not need. Not to mention that getting an oil change about $20 its hard to beat. After having service done on one of my other vehicles, I took a look into buying a truck from them I found a Nissan Titan used and they gave me a heck of a deal, one I couldnt turn down and the truck has been fantastic . they must be getting good quality Cars for there used lot ... thanks Kia and the car care staff!!

I love my new Sorento, and had a great experience buying it. My salesman Kelly was helpful and accommodating, it really was a pleasure dealing with everyone there. I cant recommend them strongly enough. I (thankfully because Ive only had the car a week) havent had any dealings with the service dept yet - I can only hope they are as good.

Purchased a Kia Soul here on January 30th. Our sales guy, Chad Curry, went out of his way to understand exactly what we were looking for and got us exactly what we wanted.The sales process was pleasant and professional. Chad is very knowledgeable about Kia products.So far my only experience with the service department was taking the car in for exterior/interior finish protection. The waiting area is nice, the people are professional, and the shuttle service that got me home and then back again to pick up the car is excellent.Highly recommended!

I called today to schedule a oil change and I was told that they have no appointment available until next Tuesday 😱 then I asked if I can drop off my car and pick it up when ready they rudely answered no, thats why they make appointments.Really, I dropped off my car several times for service with no appointment....if these lazy people dont want to take care of customers they shouldnt be there. I usually dont leave any reviews, (Good or Bad because most time I understand why!) but this time the service department really needs to know who is answering their calls.

Called to July 23rd to schedule routine maintenance on a 2015 Kia and was told they didn’t have any openings until Aug 13th or 14th . I questioned that and was told they only have one technician. What kind of service department only has 1 technician? So now I have to be inconvenienced and drive to the South Side to another Kia dealer for my service. Thanks a lot Pearson will definitely think twice about buying another car from you .

The worst Kia dealership I have ever been to in my life. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever. The man in parts made the wrong key for my car. Then he wanted to argue with me telling me that the key works. When I know for sure that it doesnt because I tried to use it. I showed him a picture of the correct key that looked nothing like the one he gave me. He would not make the correct key for me. So in end it was a complete waste of my time.

I got a lease one year ago and after being pulled by a cop found out that their finance dept. had my documentation completely irregular. Its been 3 weeks that I reached out to them to help me and I had ZERO follow ups. After waiting I called to ask for the status of my situation and they said that I was not the only person they need to take care of. They asked me to call Henrico County to get them to fix my taxes payments even tho its a lease and the bill should come from Hunday Finance. Im still with overdue stickers on my car.

Great sales! Service not so much. Went in for regular oil change... ended up replacing engine (under warranty). How do you screw up an oil change that bad? They did give us a rental car until it was fixed (about a week).

I went into Pearson Kia on broad about 4 months ago knowing exactly what I wanted. I researched quite a bit online to find the best deal I could on a Honda CRV. They had the exact one I wanted. I was helped by Kelly who was great! He didnt pressure me into another car. He knew I wanted this one! I still have my CRV and I love it! They have a great warranty on their used cars. I got a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty and a 12 month powertrain warranty. I had an issue with the brakes squealing after I bought it so I took it back to them and they fixed the issue! They also found me a very low interest rate on my car loan. Thank you!

I have purchased 3 cars from Pearson Kia in 2 years. My experience with the sales staff was great. HOWEVER, Kia Finance department is terrible. They overbilled me on my personal property tax and now I am having a terrible time trying to get them to credit me back. I thought it was taken care of after SEVERAL hours on the phone and paperwork being sent in showing they overbilled me. It is STILL not corrected. Now that personal property taxes are due again for 2017, they are still not applying my $371 credit they owe me. I will NEVER lease from them again. The customer service people are very rude in the finance department.

Recently moved to this location. But they didnt tell me that when I called to make an appointment, so I headed all the way out to Short Pump before discovering this fact. When I called to find out where they had moved to, there was no apology for not having told me earlier that they had moved.This apparently used to be an Infiniti dealership. The tiny waiting room ensures that you cant escape the noise from the TV, it has no tables to work on, there is water damage on the ceiling tile and picture hooks hanging on the wall with no pictures.They came to take my car back at 10:35. Had it temporarily repaired in 45 minutes, but will have to take it back at the end of the week to have them install a party they had to order.

My experience as a potential customer here has been about as bad as I could have expected. I came looking at a used Miata they had advertised on their website for well over a week, and after a 30 minute drive, they tell me it hasnt even been inspected by their shop yet. Being that it was such a great deal, and after I had sat in it myself and looked at it, I decided to wait it out. They assured me multiple times they would call me as soon as it was inspected. I had to call them a few days later, only to find out the car didnt pass their inspection, with no explanation of what was wrong, and told they couldnt sell it to me. Later on I got an email from the dealership asking if I would be interested in purchasing it wholesale, to which I replied that I would be depending on the reason for the car failing inspection. I was told they would give me the information the next day, and never heard back from them. Family, friends and I will definitely not be looking for a car here again!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car! My salesman Rashaud was wonderful and very helpful. Michael and Tobey were great as well! I was in and out in 3 hours! I bought a brand new 2016 kia optima ex fully loaded and went from a 24% interest rate to a 5% rate.. words cant express how grateful I am! I will tell everyone I know to go there!! I started at Hyman kia in Midlothian and was treated horribly!!

Called today to try to schedule an oil change. The woman i spoke to informed me that the next available date to schedule was August 14! today is July 23! then she informed me i could just bring it in if i wanted to but she could not quote a wait time. this is at least the 3rd time ive tried to have the dealer perform routine service on my vehicle. and been told there are no appointments available. i also went to potentially buy a new car after having my previous one from here for 5 years, and was informed that they would not do a sale price for me, when i checked online 2 another dealership in northern Va they had the exact same car, color and msrp advertised online for the price i requested. overall bad experience at this dealership.

This wouldve not been a negative or maybe even a review, if it wasnt for one person... Ill get to his interaction soon. My wife just had a baby 4 weeks ago and discovered that our small crossover isnt big enough. A Kia is our new pick. We found one on autotrader with all our requirements, but it was 119 miles away. The price looked right, so I called about it. I spoke to Brandon the internet sales manager and he seemed like someone I wanted to work with. Thankfully my mother is visiting form out of town, because our car isnt big enough for all of us, so we took two cars on the 119 mile trip (238) round trip. This is where things go bad. We arrived to find out that one of the main features that we wanted, that was advertised, isnt on the vehicle. Brandon was apologetic and wanted to get his sales manager to see if they could still earn our business. I dont remember his name, because it was such a horrible interaction. He introduced himself to me and shook my hand, and I introduced my wife and he hardly acknowledged her and asked what he can do for me. When I explained about the autotrader information mess up, he replied back with We do a lot of business with autotrader, mess ups happen. Im not going to fire them! This put my wife off and rubbed me a little wrong as well. He continued to talk a little condescendingly to my wife and I, but did say he would have the feature added for us, but at our cost. When I asked how much, he couldnt answer or even describe how it would look, but asked if we wanted it done. I told him that if I didnt have a pic or any idea about how it would look, then I wasnt going to buy the vehicle. He ended this with Well then what do you expect me to do about it? This was the guy they sent to help me out! I asked for a general manager, but he wasnt available. I did speak with the assistant GM who was Chris, which may have kept my business if it wasnt for the other guy. This is not the place I want to spend my hard earned cash. Sorry guys you lost out on 24000 today!
