Had a good price on mattress, but I guess you pay for the service you get.When trying to phone them there was no answer so upon arrival found the guy asleep at desk. He didnt hear me come in. When I raised my voice to wake him, I then wasnt able to have a coherent conversation as sleep deprivation didnt seem to be the issue.

The experience was different than any other mattress store. They are a privately owned and operated business who are great at what they do. Their prices are better than all the competition. Its a mom and pop mattress store that I would recommend to anyone and everyone and will only go there .

I was greeted by Craig as soon as I walked in the door. I purchased a mattress and was happy about the whole experience from start to finish. This is the third mattress I have purchased from them. The sheets that were included with the purchase are the best I have had. What a difference a comfortable mattress does for a good nights sleep!!

Called today and spoke with a salesman over the phone and the phone call was good polite and informing so from their I went in and the salesman was awesome sold me the bed I needed was great with me and my wife wonderful customer service from the phone to the store will be buying all my mattress here now

The salesman named Nick was only nice when we bought stuff, as soon as the box spring breaks after less than three weeks he turns super condescending and unprofessional to us. Asked him about the warranties but he contradicts himself every other email and gets impatient real fast. Also gossips about other customers so be careful what you tell him.

Reasonable price. Look when a good sale. Ask to match prices. Delivery is contracted out so if getting adjustable bed, it is heavy and watch set up, as may get inexperienced adjustable bed set up crew.

My husband and I recently purchased a Serta iComfort mattress and adjustable frame from Neal at Mattress Club. We couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, he kept us informed and made sure we were happy with our purchase. When the brackets we purchased didn’t work, he called the factory and got that straightened out. We loved the delivery guys...very friendly and knowledgeable...got the job done quickly and calmly! Can’t say enough about what a great experience this was! We’re sleeping better than ever...thanks Neal!

Ver expensive And not many choices employee was not helpful at all

I and my family have been buying mattresses from Mattress Club for at least 5 years. Ive gone in the store, told the salesman what I was looking for, he showed me what was available, and left it up to me to make a decision. No pressure at all. Lots of brands including their own, and great prices. Delivery includes set up and removal of old mattress.

We purchased our set from them and Neal was excellent. I recommended them to my mom who recently moved into our home. She went and purchased and waited for delivery and everyday On the promised day they were a no show and when she called to inquire it was always “we’ll be there tomorrow” this happened 3 days. On the third day when they happened to call her while I was around the driver stated he had the items but the truck overheated. I took over the call from there and told him it’s ridiculous that we live 5 minutes away and this mattress set isn’t here yet, well 1 hr later a delivery driver showed up with the mattress and box spring with his personal vehicle. Ok we are getting somewhere I thought until I looked outside and he was pulling off and I didn’t see the old mattress on his vehicle. Well he propped it on our porch outside and left and it’s been there for 2 days now. My mom called twice and each time they promised it would be gone “today”. It’s still here! They have no incentive to come and get it because they have their money. I hate to think they took advantage of someone that is elderly/disabled but that’s what it looks like, they wouldn’t have pulled this on anyone else.Update: it’s Sunday December 22nd, I spoke with Stephen on yesterday and he indeed tried his best to arrange a way for the old mattress to be picked up on yesterday but to no avail. He stated it will be gone by tomorrow and I hope that will reign true. As far as the response from the owner getting offended that I stated that it seemed like my mom was treated less than fair, not receiving phone calls for missed deliveries for 3 days and maybe it’s because she’s older / disabled well if you can prove that everyone gets treated like this then I’ll stand corrected. We commend the driver for bringing it on his personal vehicle because that speaks to his integrity and he was A1 so this has nothing to do with him. It’s the lack of what happened before him and after him! So please don’t use your contributions to the cause as a score card, companies get tax credit for doing that. We didn’t hear anything about the truck until Thursday when the last driver attempted to reschedule her delivery. This was the ONLY call received, she had to call every other day to find out that the delivery wasn’t going to happen. There are truck rentals all over the city, if the vehicle kept having problems that was an option but communication should have been the first option.Update: 12/23/19 per Stephens promise the old mattress and boxes were picked up from my front yard. Thanks Stephen for your communication.

Outstanding service and selection! I highly recommend Matress club. The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable and properly (and in a low key manner) directed my wife and I to find exactly the bed we were looking for. The selection is amazing and the prices simpy cannot be beaten.

Third rate mattresses. Unfortunately I purchased a mattress and within two months it developed a huge hole in the middle. Ive had to get a new one. Buyer BEWARE!
