If there is a rate lower than 1 star i will give it to them 1 million times over! Very deceiving in their transaction and very poor costumer service! On 12/04/2017 i purchased a queen mattress for $649. 12/16/17 i went to buy another one, saleman this time is a different guy named Dave. He said it is $699 but he will have the delivery for free. I told him i got it for $649 previously and i have a truck i can pick it up to save money. He inisisted i got it for $699 before and so i truated his word because he was looking at the computer. When i reach home and check, i was right, i got it for $649! Went back there 2x, called many times to follow up but alibis are just endless! Of my 2 yrs here in the U.S this is my first bad experience on purchases. I wasnt aware this can happen in a first world country. This is ridiculous!! I will just donate the money to them for my peace of mind. I cant understand why they cant credit back my money!!Maybe they badly need my $$, I am not surprised sales are very low in there. I will just tell as many colleagues as i can so they will not be deceived!!! Money you can earn but CREDIBILITY is something u have to work on and build! NEVER GO THERE and BUY if u want to deal with honest people!!!My sales order# 10223505.
