I wanted to purchase a new bed after moving from NY so I tried here. I wanted a bed with a soft mattress for my back after a year of sleeping on the couch (by choice) but I didnt know how mattress shopping tend to work. Luckily Neil was able to walk me through his selection and recommended me a great bed for just myself. They delivered it the next day and it feels fantastic. It has been months since our purchase and I had to come back to rave on about their customer service. When we bought out mattress we were also sold on the Storm 0.0 (back sleeper) and Storm 1.0 (side sleeper) pillows. Weve tried to find knock offs and replicates, but we should have known better than to waste our time with those. We went back to the pros and they did not disappoint. It was right before closing and I was greeted promptly by Matt. With a smile on his face, he showed me right to the display pillow rack and we picked out the exact ones I wanted. They didnt have them in stock, but he offered to get them delivered to the store which he was upfront about shipment and when it may be expected to come in. To my surprise, I didnt even have to wait 24 hours because the store called us the very next day and was told they were able to get them for us and available for pick up. Truly an outstanding team at Mattress Warehouse!Highly recommend this place! We have been looking for a king size mattress for some time now. It has been an overwhelming process as we would walk into a store and have no clue where to start. Im a side sleeper and my partner is a back sleeper. We checked out several discount mattress stores and gave the Sleep Number store a try, but we always left empty handed and less enthused about going to the next. At this Mattress Warehouse we were promptly greeted by Richard. He was very polite, professional, and made every effort in making us feel comfortable with Covid precautions. He had no hidden agenda on selling the most expensive mattress and was very patient in helping us find the right fit. Needless to say his customer service skills are impeccable as he obviously made the sale and we actually walked out of there feeling like we werent ripped off. I waited to post this review because we wanted to test out the mattress first which it has been a couple of weeks now and we are just as happy with our purchase as the day we left the store.

My fiancé and I went out looking for a new mattress because our queen mattress felt like it was getting smaller and smaller!! We went to a couple of places to check out pricing and to find what type of mattress we knew we wanted. We found a Sealy Hybrid mattress that we loved and knew that was the one for us, so then it was just comparing pricing at different places. When we got to Mattress Warehouse, Neil was very helpful in making sure we received the correct bed we wanted and the pricing was right. Neil was very friendly...we didn’t feel rushed and he never tried to talk us into something we didn’t want/need. The process was super easy and we were in and out quickly. We bought a mattress and adjustable base here. The gentleman was really nice and answered any questions we had. The delivery was free of charge and we waited 2 days. On delivery day the two workers were very careful with the mattress and bed frame. Unfortunately the base frame was the wrong size. We had to wait an additional 3 days for them to deliver the right size base but mattress warehouse gave us a two free pillows at over $100 value for free from the mix-up. We appreciate they were quick to rectify the issue and held up a great customer service.

After 8 weeks of shopping for an upgrade from a Queen size bed to a King at 6 different stores, we made the decision today to buy from Laurie Hoffman at the West Broad Mattress Warehouse. Bunch of scam artist Neil lied to us and told me my mattress was at his warehouse and we would have it in 3-4 days here it is $2000 and 2 months later no mattress after about 6 times of him calling saying it would be delivered soon. I had to go buy the same mattress else where now I’m out of $4000 total and still can’t get them to refund my money for the first mattress AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND THIS PLACE

It is so hard to make a decision to buy a mattress after laying on several for only a few minutes. The bed test narrowed down the options to 6 choices & I was able to choose one from that. Kit was really knowledgeable about each warranty and was able to answer all of my questions.The delivery was another really easy component of this process. Scheduling a Saturday delivery was no question. I received an email the night before and the delivery was toward the beginning of the 3 hour time frame & took about 20 minutes from them pulling up, setting up the frame, box spring, & mattress and leaving! Quick & painless!
