I am not local to Cognito Moto but I did have some questions about the compatibility of some parts for a build I am working on. I called them up and they were very informative and helpful. When I was ordering said parts I needed some more information so I shot them a quick email. Again the service was fantastic. Answered on the second ring and an email from the founder as a reply has only given me a new bar to compare customer service too. I cannot recommend this place any higher for your custom parts needs.

So this is my first review on Google but I felt the need to let everyone know how great this company is. I bought the xv920/zx6r conversion stem for a build that I’m currently working and I was blown away about how fast it shipped and the quality put into making it. I ended up having a question about the steering stem nut thread pitch and reached out via there website (cause if you’re reading this I’m sure you know how fine those treads are). They reached back out quickly and answered my question directly without any of the run around like other companies I’ve dealt with. Even went above and beyond to guide me to the correct piece. This team knew exactly what I was asking and responded in minutes. I will 100% be doing business with Cognito Moto again and referring them to all my building buddies. Awesome products, awesome knowledge, awesome people.
