Whats to say about renting a truck for a local move? Pretty much what I expected.

Definitely will never store anything at this place again in my life someone broke into my storage and stole my belongings and noone called to inform me about anything nor the new locks that they place on my storage do to someone braking in and still kno one called to inform me on anything AT ALL YOU GET 0 STARS FROM ME

We arrived there and no one was in the store. The worker was pumping propane off premise and we and another customer had to wait outside for them to go back to the uhaul

I currently work here. Great company I just would like if upper management kept there word. Patience is one thing but to have someone word drag on for months at a time is completely outrageous. Keeping people hopes up only pushes them away. No one is going to wait forever. If another great opportunity arise you should take it especially when you see upper management not keeping their word. Its time to start looking elsewhere

The service from the people that work there is very good. I like the easy access in/out of the storage unit area... except when the entrance and exit gate is working properly.👍🏼
