I have ordered multiple address stamps from Acorn and have had nothing but excellent service. My orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly every time. When I needed an updated stamp, I was provided with a variety of great and affordable options. I highly recommend Acorn for any stamping or embossing needs.

I called the number on your site (it is the same one you posted in your reply) twice and got a message that the number is not in service. I IMd your cust serv on your site and they confirmed I could only IM or email. Again, this is time consuming and frustrating for potential customers. I recently ordered from a stamp company where I was able to speak to someone regarding details.My first post: Terrible customer service. You cant speak to anyone. They only communicate by email or IM on their site. This is time consuming and frustrating for customers trying to decide on the type of stamp and get design work to them. Communication is based on their convenience, not the customers.

Spent about $130 on a stamp that was suppose to have fluorescent pink ink. The ink was more like a coral color and totally unusable. A picture representing the color associated with the stamp on the website is correct. The ink I received is not remotely the color represented. Customer service made excuses and would not refund. Bad business, lost a potential lifetime customer. We are a pandemic struggling food related business and cant just be throwing money around. Do better Acorn

I ordered two stamps, one as a Christmas gift and one for me. I live in Georgia and the order came quickly and most importantly, accurately!! The stamps are great quality, and for the value, you cant get much better!

Stopped by since I saw they were local. Very helpful and inviting. Walked me through the entire process and pin pointed the exact stamp I would be needing. Stamp was ordered on the spot and they had it made the very next day. I will note that their website is very user friendly and could have done this at the comfort of my own home but it was even better to interact with the staff. I highly recommend this place for all your stamp needs.

I have used this company since I moved to RVA in 2002. They always get it right. There are cheaper places online, but I like buying local.

I ordered a special stamp as I have many times with acorn sales, this time it was done wrong, so I called acorn sales and they corrected it and not as a exchange but as a new purchase. As was explain to me that because of the mistake acorn sales made they would give me 20% off. My office send a letter on this subject and also send back the incorrect stamp about two months ago and still havent heard anything from acorn sales as of yet. I have in the past oreded my notary stamp from here. I had such great response time I purchased my new stamps here and again, was not disappointed. They emailed same day with a question of what I had let out at time of order, then they shipped immediately!

They turned around a CG Appraiser eSeal for me in 4 hours. I had a report to go out and customer service work with me to get a quick JPEG file of the seal I needed.

I placed a small order, but received big service. The shipping was fast, and the product was exactly what I needed (a replacement ink pad for an old school date stamper.) I went to three other ink stamp sites and noticed that they were all going to charge me a huge shipping fee for a small stamp pad. Acorns shipping charge was totally fair.

I received extremely prompt delivery but called the company back as I was not satisfied with my Notary Stamp. The Commonwealth of Virginia seal is smeary and not legible when you can read the print. I followed the customer service persons advice on applying pressure and still not good. I was hoping they would credit me my money and I would upgrade to a different type of self inking stamp but they only offered 20% discount on another item therefore I shall take my business elsewhere...to a company that stands behind their products.
