Willmar/Will was very sassy & unprofessional to me, a regular valued customer while being on the floor.I called the store in order to settle differences & return to good terms, but the phone call took a turn for the worst!I am extremely upset with the service that I received today and would like this issue to be resolved before it ESCALATES!!!
I love this store in particular because they always get me what I need and make offers to better help me with my business. I live in Homewood and have a T-Mobile near my house but I travel to this location cause they have excellent customer service
For the past few years Ive experienced superb T-mobile service with store manager, Mr. Ahmad and associates. Ive recently had the pleasure to meet new store representatives and they all have been amazing. Whenever Ive had problems with billing or wanted to purchase a new device Ive received the help I needed and was made to feel like a valued customer. This is the best T-Mobile store I visited. I was a Verizon customer and they made my transition smooth and easy. All my questions were answered by Ahmed. He and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable of their products.
This is probably the best t mobile store Iβve been to since I switched. This store has a better culture than the store in Matteson. The representatives are knowledgeable and welcoming and the store is always clean. I love it. Makes me want to work with them.

T mobile is the greatest.
Had a disappointing experience here when I came in hoping to resolve an issue but as I began explaining I was promptly told I needed to go to the original location I purchased my device from (wrong) then I was told the only way to help me with my device there was if I paid a 50$ fee. (Wrong)After speaking to other locations and customer support I was told these were both not correct. I had already traveled an hour plus to the original location I purchased my device from when I found this out. This is the closest T-Mobile to my house and I would rather travel further to get trust worthy customer care rather than deal with this location which is obviously not in the mood to give customer service correctly.
This location and its team has always taken care of me 100% even when the company itβs self mess me over the management here always takes the time to accommodate me and for that reason I shop only at this location whenever Iβm purchasing or dealing with any Tmobile products!!Thanks guy ππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎ

Great customer service. Store in Richton Park is 30 min away from were i live and i would come back to this loaction. The store is clean and the team is amazing. They helped me set up my new phone and tranfer all my infromation over. The store manager at this loaction was very helpful and the way he was working side by side with his team was amazing. He was jumping from one customer to another to make sure everyone was helped. He also made sure all my questions were answered.
The Assistant Manager (lady) was rude unprofessional and doing wayyyy to much for her pay grade. I will be back today to speak with a real manager not a wanna be one!

Great customer service I came in with my phone broken and walked out with a new one. All my information was transferred over to my new phone. The manager there walked me through the phone and let me understand it better. I will be coming back to this store and let my friends and family know about my experience here.

I do not normally do reviews. But if I could give ZERO stars I would. I would NOT go back to the t mobile in Richton Park . Not to bash all of their associates but the ones I was dealing with UNPROFESSIONAL. Miss informed, I had 5 different people telling me different things. I would take the time to go to one of t mobile corporate stores, in MATTESON, May be a longer wait, but atleast you know you are being taken care of the correct way and will not see any hidden fees down the road.

Very clean and friendly faces the mobile experts know there products. Came in looking for a phone that wasnt expensive, I walked out with a new phone and accessories. Which they helped me setup and transfered all my data to my phone and helped me understand to use it. I was recommended by a friend of mine. I used to go to the T-Mobile store in Mattson but I will be coming here from now on I didnt know about TMobile Tuesday app were I can get free stuff and discount on gas.

Great customer service i was dealing with customer service since saturday and they couldnt help me. I came to the store and the store manager Ahmad helped me out. I activated service in store. The store reps are amazimg i came in upset left happy i even affored them lunch for the whole week thats how happy i was thank you Ahmad.
This store is horrible. I did an upgrade with them and they did not send my old phone back to where is was supposed to go causing me to get billed for it. When I called the store I was placed on hold for 30 minute just for me to go to the store and have them tell me that they did not have record of me turning it in. It took me a month and calling customer care to get everything resolved. I will never go back to Richton Park location.

This store gave me and my wife the worst display of customer service ever! We had just purchase the I phone 7 from this store as an upgrade. The service representative name is Chris he explained the policy in detail and we left the store. NOT EVEN 15-20 minutes later we returned to the store to exchange the I phone 7 for the 7 plus . Chris then informed us that we would have to pay a restocking fee of 50 dollars!! When asked where is the customer service in that were here to spent more money he stars there was nothing he could do nothing the manager could do and if we contact customer service they wouldnt even be able to waive the restocking fee! T- Mobile and these franchise store needs to revise some policies as to when or under what circumstances should an employee or representative of the T-Mobile name should go above and beyond for there valued customers. Activation fees get waived when there trying to get your business so why as something simple as a restocking fee not waived for the confidence of keeping business?
Always enjoy coming to this location the staff is nice and they know what they are talking about and I never have any issues. A+ for this location!
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! THE SALES PERSON AND MANAGER WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND NICE. I WENT TO THAT T MOBILE TO PICK UP MY NEW I PHONE 6 PLUS AND A SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 FOR MY WIFE. THEY GAVE ME THE GREATEST PROMOTIONS WITH NO CONTRACT AND I PAID $0 DOWN ON MY NEW PHONES. THEY ALSO ASSISTED ME WITH TRANSFERRING MY INFO AS WELL AS SETTING UP MY NEW PHONE. IF YOU HAVE T-MOBILE OR ARE LOOKING TO SWITCH I WOULD DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THE RICHTON PARK STORE. P.S. ASK FOR GERRY, ABE, OR TORI!
