I purchased this bed today for my son. He loves baby shark! It was very easy to set up it took me less than an hour to put it all together.

Our walmarts the best, lots of self checkouts, great selection of everything. Only complaint is if you need them to open perfume or liquor cabinet, you could wait awhile. Wish theyd put up more price check points

The staff is not helpful at all! This store shelves are always empty. They usually onnly have 2 max lanes open leaving self check out lines extremely long.I literally go to this location if Im desperate. I usually drive the 40 minutes to the schererville location as to not be frustrated. They really need to do better.

10/10 do NOT recommend for store pick up. If you’re ok waiting 45 minutes with no sign of your order and having none of your simple items that were available the night before that they’re suddenly out of and don’t know how to substitute by teenagers with attitudes and managers that tell you to call customer service for your pick up refund instead of assisting you especially when over an hour of patiently waiting for your order that is “ready”.. then it’s the store for you ! Gone through this too many times with this store. Go to Olympia fields location.

No motorized ♿ chairs were available for my elderly mom. Staff was lovely. Store was clean and orderly. Everyone wore face masks and practiced social distancing.

Watch the scanner.... too often items ring up for more than the are listed for...1 item scanned as a 6 pack...2 items scanned for 5 dollars more than the posted price..... the hot food is old or is it reheated?.....Loss prevention would be difficult except for the over charging....Just watch the scanners and take your time at self check out.... Watch the screen if you dont ...... it is difficult to believe or even conceive an accidental price discrepancy the is 60% over the marked price.. small items add up if you.are in the store 2 or 3 times a week!🤔 double check your receipts when you get home. Just a consumer recommendation.

Shelves not stocked and they took out all registers and makes the customers check themselves out. No courtesy if only one person able to walk down the aisle they will make the customer wait. I’m parking and notice a staff member leaving with a close parking spot than I was able to get. The only store I know where you have to show your receipt to leave the store if you have items not bagged.

I am a stay at home mom and grocery delivery has been saving me during this pandemic. I have complained and complained about how Terri this particular Walmart is with their service. If I place an order over night, my things aren’t picked first thing in the morning. I’ve had orders not come during the delivery time and canceled because they were making me wait the next business day. The latest incident was that my refrigerated items had been sitting out for hours. Each were warm to the touch. My frozen broccoli was completely thawed, the hesvy cream I ordered had thick chunks around the opening I was extremely disgusted. Not to mention every time I order certain items I’m told they weren’t in stock. I send my husband to the store for the missing items and big shocker its in stock. This store needs better team members. If the job is too much please apply elsewhere! And management need to coach/train their employees better.

Walmart ...The store was clean.There are obvious staff shortages.The mask mandate is in force.The products that I shopped for were in stock and, in fact, they had items here in the pharmacy that were out of stock at two other stores that I went to.It was disappointing to see that out of the two dozen checkout counters only four appeared to be for cashiers (the rest were self checkout) and only two of those had a cashier present.I refuse to use self checkout; it saddens me that each one of those machines replaces a person. Also, I do not work for Wal-Mart, I shouldnt have to do the job that someone could be earning money to do.I rate this shopping experience 3 Stars.

I like visiting Walmart when they first open, I have better luck finding the items I need as was with this visit, store was quiet clean and stocked,even found someone to help me locate one of my items, there was only one register open though

**Update: Check any purchased food to see if its expired and/or deformed. I purchased MyMochi ice cream, two different times, and all three purchased packages have previously melted ice cream all stuck on the bottom of the container. This tells me whoever stocked the ice cream let it sit out for much longer than it was supposed to and now it isnt very safe to eat - frustrating, considering the price of the item. The last time I was there, four employees were in one aisle (none with a mask on correctly) with two sitting on the ladder thing on their phones and the other two also on their phones - all while the food meant to be put onto the shelves sat on the floor. Come on now, this is getting pathetic.The staff isnt friendly (except the greeters, sometimes), shelves arent stocked, the store itself is dirty, employees who are still wearing a mask have them around their chins, and there is expired food left on shelves (over a week old). There are employees swearing/texting while in the aisles and taking up whole aisles while talking/swearing loudly with multiple other associates and not moving for customers - just giving them an irritated look. This Walmart is by far the most convenient one for me to shop at, but the store is in complete disarray and the employees are extremely rude. Considering that this is one of the stores that renovated to have mostly all self-checkout lanes, you would think that the employees would have more of a focus on stocking and keeping the store clean/orderly. After my disappointing visit today, l will just drive a little further to go to the Bourbonnais or New Lenox locations instead.Pro tip: If you buy any of the discounted bread thats expiring soon/has expired on the racks, be sure to check for mold before buying because there are typically multiple ones that are visibly moldy.

This is so easy i love it. Who likes shopping in stores? Not me. I shop on my phone. Everythings great from here. Havent had a problem. Great prices and it has everything i need.

This store is so unorganized and so messy. I was shopping for bacon yesterday and found several bacon packages that have expired all the way from July 2021!! Instead of hiring high schoolers who do nothing but be on there phones in the isle and ignore you when you ask for help. Hire people who actually do there job! The Walmart in Olympic fields is so much neater and there employees actually care to help you look for things! Oh and there’s no expired meat ever on there shelf’s!

I go to this Walmart 1-3 times a week and I will never go back even though it is my local store. First strike was when I came in around 10:30pm for milk and witnessed a manager (older woman) yelling at two employees and threatening to take their breaks away. I almost gave them the number of a workplace attorney I know because it made me extremely uncomfortable to witness this as a customer. Second strike, a $250 pickup order cancelled because they were short staffed blah blah blah. If you offer and confirm a service, that is unacceptable.Third strike was yesterday. No inventory on shelves, Store was a mess, No food in freezers, and then I get to the checkout and the entire store has no bags! Then I was toldI could buy reusable bags. Until this store changes it’s management I will not be returning. Your customers and non management employees deserve better.

Ok so I go looking 4 a specific item, and when I dont find it, of course, I ask an associate, and she tells me 2 go 2 another location only after reassuring me that this store had said item. Once I get there, a far drive from where originally started, 109th and Doty Rd., 2 Country Club Hills store, only 2 b told that they didnt have item, but I saw this young lady look at her little computer thingy, lol, checking 2 see what store had my item, then reassured me that they had the item at CCH. But when I get there. They dont have it. The young man then does the same thing the girl did previously, look at her little computer thingy, 😂😂😂, and as hes looking he says the Richton Park store had said item. And guess what ? I get there and they dont !!!! Quick playin with the customers !!! That send off is costly and really its disrespectful. Like lemme get this customer outta my face cuz its almost time 2 get off. I used 2 work at Walmart. On 83rd street. I was the fastest associate promoted 2 supervisor in only 5months. Not 6 which is an accomplishment, but I didnt get there sending customers off!!!. Clean up your act associates. U never know whos watching, and who they know ... Terrible performance Walmart, uve gone down a notch or 2 bcuz of these young lazy inconsiderate people!!; I still love Walmart, just dont like the misbehavior of associates 2 lazy 2 do their jobs. ....

Employees very friendly and helpful. To be the biggest Walmart it should stay completely stocked. Many times I go looking for an item like toilet seat and they only have the most expensive and the cheaper ones completely empty.

Walmart always has good products and good prices. They balance price and quality well.The Walmart in Richton Park is so convenient to the Interstate 57 exit; it couldnt be any easier to drive to. They wisely chose their relocation outside of Matteson to save customers that extra 1% Matteson city tax.However, there is only one entrance to the parking lot, controlled by a stoplight. Cars from the East turning left into the store must wait for the left turn signal and then get stuck with a red turning arrow. If you miss the turn, you have to wait through the rest of the green and the full red light before you get your chance to drive in. Ive seen the two left turn lanes backed up during rush hour. I avoid Sauk Trail like the plague during the holiday season.My last shopping trip was on a slower Wednesday afternoon. There were plenty of empty shelves and rooted-through merchandise, especially on sale items. The popular varieties were gone already so I had to dig through disappointing leftovers to pick the less desired flavors and varieties just to take advantage of the sale price.I need a motorized wheelchair to shop the huge store, and even when its a slow time, it is unlikely to find one ready. The ones that are charged usually have a torn plastic seat or a worn-out speed lever, so I have to push and twist as hard as my arthritic hands can manage just to go forward. The wheelchairs also die quickly and without warning. Once I found myself dead in the water in the back of the store waiting and hoping for a staff member to walk past to rescue me.Walmart is frequently a disappointing shopping trip just to save a little money.

People have been waiting over forty minutes for order pick-ups. This is unacceptable especially when they text and say its ready. Also they substituted sweet Italian sausage for Johnsonville brats. Im sure they are in that store but evidently they cant locate them. The manager should get on top of this because more and more people enjoy this way of shopping.

I checked online where Diet Pepsi in 6- 16.9 oz. bottles was on sale and in stock. It came up with Walmart supercenter in Richton Park, IL. Drove there only to find no Diet Pepsi 6- 16.9 oz. bottles in stock. Pepsi products were displayed in at least 2 areas. But no Diet Pepsi in 16.9.oz. bottles. Once again Walmart disappoints with inaccurate info about what they really have in stock.

Ive stopped at this Walmart gas many times over the last two years but this is the first time Ive gone inside the store.Wow!Super clean inside.Reminds me of Walmarts in Northwest Arkansas, which for those not familiar with Walmart Home Office country is extremely high praise.The bathroom was clean and updated.Service desk associates were polite and friendly.Was happy to see such a clean Walmart outside of Walmart country.

Aways love to go here. I dont like that they have only 2 registers open now with people to check you out. But 12 or more self checkout stations. Self checkouts makes me feel like Im paying the same amount of money, to do all the work.

Couldnt find yard waste bags, which you think they would have.

Usually have a good experience with online ordering but the past 2x have been unacceptable. This time I have been waiting for over a half hour and no one has moved except 1 car. Would have been faster to do the shopping myself all the spots are full and there is a line behind me.

This Super Walmart is pretty good. For the most part they are always fully stocked. Customer service is descent, nothing spectacular. Overall, it’s a nice clean store with everything you need.

Usually stocked well. Always clean. We drive to this WalMart (225th Street?) from near Chicago State University (95th Street) every time we come, so you can take our word for it.

Great place to shop great prices..the only bad thing I could say is the sales associates havent a clue about where things are in store..ask 3 different ones get 3 different answers.

The store reminds me of a little off from what JC Penney in Matteson IL that closed..The clerk that waited on me was very pleasant...The clothes that were on clearance smelled dank..Jc Penney was 1 of my favorite stores. I pray that they recover..

I stopped there because I thought that it would have a predictably placed restroom facility! I was not mistaken! However, I was super impressed by the insane size of that Walmart! Wow! What surprised me more was that it was not labeled as a Walmart Supercenter on the store sign, even though it had its own gas station. It makes any of the other super Walmarts Ive been to look minuscule in comparison!

If I could give a 0 star I would as I had a horrible experience and will never go back. I was profiled and treated so horribly it has traumatized me to the point of never returning to Walmart. I paid $243 for my items yesterday and ended up penalized for an unnoticed, innocent mistake that happened during scanning. Not only did the workers watch me while I was checking out items, upon taking a few steps out of the main entrance I was stopped and accosted by a store manager. She stood infront of our cart and ultimately forced us into an office. She was immediately accusing us of trying to leave without paying for 3 out of 38 items that I was trying to purchase, which I did not notice were not on my receipt. After in the small room, a second male manager was called, as she said just incase we were threatening, and an audit of all items was to be performed. I kept asking why we could not return all our items and I offered numerous times to pay for whatever had not scanned properly but was told no. It then was explained to me that, If we were given the option to return items, she could not charge us. It then became clear that the reason she was so elusive about what was happening and why we could not return every single item was because she had a set mission to call the police on us regardless of intention or not. The manager was familiar to the policeman called as she said to dispatch, tell them its for me, he knows who I am, and the officer who arrived only spoke to the manager, he never once asked me what my statement on the misunderstanding was. I received a $75 citation was issued for under ringing items. However, while reviewing the receipt witht the manager it was noted that I actually had overcharged myself a few times and was given a refund for 5 items by the store manager. So although I was being accused of under ringing I actually over charged myself on certain items but the police were still called and I was issued a citation. The very next day, I made the decision to return as many items as I could to Walmart and in reviewing my receipt, due to the managers haste and the forced submission on my part, I realized that the items that were taken under assumption of being under-rung were actually paid for and she took those items without giving us a refund for the money we paid for those that were scanned multiple times. This mistake was a $37 dollar mistake which further proves that what happened yesterday was not about the money or correcting wrong items the system rang up but more so about her making a point of the highest level of punishment Walmart could provide. She gave no option for us to fix our mistake for that would take away her option to call the police and she did not stay consistent with her reasoning of, items being rung up incorrectly mess up our inventory, which she did not fix on our receipt nor did she catch her mistake of taking items we paid for. This whole event was presented as a check for the items inventoried at Walmart but the reality was it was about a manager who had no intention of letting us leave without the involvement of police and we had no option of paying for the incorrect items nor did we have the option to return items and for that reason, I am forever staying OUT of any and all Walmart and Sams Club stores, and I will be sure to explain my store freely to any person who mentions this franchise.

I needed a desk lamp. This Walmart had a selection of about four. And they all were small with no prices marked on them. I also visited lawn and garden and couldnt reach something higher up. I had to find someone that worked in the store. When I saw a man stocking I asked for help in lawn and garden. He didnt offer to help but he paged someone who never came to the dept so I left without those two items. And while I did purchase one small item, the poor customer service, store in disarray, and numerous empty shelves throughout the store inspired me to leave the store without spending my usual hundred dollars or more.

Visited Sunday 3/10Aisles weren’t as stocked as we would’ve liked and the carts are wobbly or broken.There were only about 4-5 cashiers during the Sunday midday rush which was pretty dumb. I saw many employees just walking the aisles and gossiping.... of course...

Disappointed,never usually go this late. 8:30 pm. Open until 11:pm. No checkers after 8pm,have to use self check to save them money,from my money I just spent. New one way gates inside,have to walk threw a check out for their protection.Giant parking lot,no lights,car open,loading merchandise,what a invite to get robbed and car jacked.

Wal-Mart has noticed Petes market and they are trying to add some color to their entrance. They are still the big dog on the block but competition is good for customers. Wal-Marts shelves look a little depleted, but just select items. I look forward to pre-pandemic shelves but Im concerned if prices will continue to go up?

This place is currently overstocked, but the way the cashier was looking at me in self check out was ridiculous. Dont just sit there an look at your phone, make yourself useful. But when I did ask for her help, it was efficient an even expeditious. Minus a star for watching me like Im a dam thief

Just recently visited this Walmart establishment to buy a shirt for work an I noticed that some of their shelves werent restock, not much too chose from yet its a very clean store despite the lack of inventory an also what surprised me the most was no one was asking to check your receipt...after making your purchase under 50 cameras watching everything😂😂😂😂 just doesnt make any sense especially at other Walmart location.

Ordered an item online to pick up at the store. The item was cancelled because it was out of stock. I was 10 minutes away when I recieved the cancellation email. I drove straight to the store and bought the item off the shelf. They had several in stock. This is not the first time this has happened. I now have zero confidence in the employees at this store being able to look and find any of the items I purchase online.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The people working in this business do not know what it is to pick up a phone.

Sometimes they dont have the things you need cause they ran out, other times their employees have no idea what they are doing or they ignore you, sometimes they even throw food that people are going to buy at each other, but they are generally fully stocked and its pretty quick to get in and out.

Went to the Money Center at this store. There were 2 people ahead of me. A 2nd cashier showed up! Yaaayy!! Both ladies were pleasant & effective. My transaction was effortless! Super short wait!

Right now theyre remodeling Walmart they have more check out with the conveyor which is nice seem to be more efficient.

New checkout method will take some getting used to. With that said not as stressful as it use to be in the past. Not as many people when I went.

While their Pharmacy service is inconsistent, the values at Walmart are great. They have a wide selection of items both in the meat department and the produce department.
