What an amazing amazing team of professionals, and what an amazing job they did. I called at 8am on a Saturday morning to get my tail lights replaced and they said they can do the job as long as i can come.I drove at 8:37am, they were quick, extremely professional and also had an amazing customer service. Went in for an oil change and a check engine light. These hack scam artists call me 2 days later telling me i needed a new engine. Took it to Donaldson Subaru to get properly diagnosed. ( It wasnt the engine).

My experience at sultan auto repair was excellent, the guys were carein they listen to my explanation about the problem with my car and diagnosed exactly what the problem was, my car was in and out in two days, not like the dealership where i took my car to they had my car for a week and still didnt even diagnosed the problem, i would recommend sultan auto repair to anyone who needs an auto mechanics, fast and reasonable they are, thumbs up sultan, and thank you.

I went there without an appt for an oil change and inspection.I waited about 10 minutes before they took my car into the garage. They were done in an hour.Told me I will need brakes and tires soon but did not get pushy about it.Overall I felt comfortable. Everyone was pleasant.I will be going back for the repair work and regular service.I gave only 4 stars just because it was my first time there and 5 means perfect.

This place is awful!!! There absolutely botched my jaguar, I got the car back it was running Terrible, found out they cracked 3 spark plugs and didn’t bother replacing them causing a misfire in my engine and on top of that they did not want to work on my car cause it was a jaguar!!! I’m paying thousands of dollars for repairs and you refuse to do the work I ask you to do??? Very unprofessional and absolutely no knowledge of European cars, very poor place, they also broke the jaguar good ornament and gave me the car Back with the jaguar completely broken in half and hanging off the hood, I was in shock

Just had my oil change and NY state inspection done at Sultan. Mr. Suleyman, the shop owner, did a good job. He was fast, accommodating, and thorough. The charge was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Everyone here is very talented at what they do, and do it with great passion. It feels like they treat your vehicle as if it were theyre own. They take great attention to detail and make you feel very welcomed. They are honest and friendly above all. No up selling on repairs that arent necessary. Definitely reccomend if you like piece of mind.

While on vacation, my car needed immediate attention mid-day just before closing on a holiday weekend. When I called, the man with whom I spoke was sympathetic, telling me to come right over. The mechanic was accommodating, making a temporary repair and giving suggestions until I could bring my vehicle to my regular garage. I recommend this business.

People working here are honest and reliable. They do a good quality job at cheap price. My car ac was not working. Other mechanic was charging $500 and told me there is leak in condenser. But they fixed it in $80 and it is still working.

Very dishonest people. I went there once for an estimate and the owner said 500.00. Then I went back a few weeks later for another estimate based on only doing half of the door instead of the entire door. The same guy said 800.00. When I told him I am going to report him on Google he said good. These people are crooks. Stay away.

In 2015, a dealer asked $3000 to fix my exhaust system and I paid $50 at Sultan to get the job done. Its been three years and the car still runs well. Thank you, Sultan!I have been a customer at Sultan for quite some years. Mahmut and Suleyman (the two that customers normally deal with and owners of the auto shop, I assume) have been so honest and kind and professional to me, to my friends and my colleagues. If they can do the job, it will be done in time (and I bet you wont find a better price). If they cannot do the job, you will be informed directly with suggestions. I never had or even heard any complains about their work. During all these years, Sultan helped me to fixed numerous problems of my old old car, almost every part except the engine and the transmission system. In addition, I just found a high ranking of Sultan placed a month ago that surprises me because its from an old friend who moved to a location much closer to the city a few years ago. A new ranking of five stars means that person still sometimes comes back for Sultans quality service.

I just purchased what had been a smokers car and wanted to perform a treatment to help get the smoke smell out. I needed a clean cabin filter to do the treatment and wasnt sure if the dealership really did put a new one in. I went on Youtube to see how to change it. I was able to open it up and take a look, but was not able to put it back the correct way. I was a little concerned because this was a Friday afternoon and I was taking a long drive that evening going away for the weekend.I did a Google search for repair shops in the area and found Sultan. I called and told them what happened and that I was supposed to go away and he said to come in.Mohammed (not sure of spelling) couldnt see how it went in as I had it floating around inside. He said give him a few minutes and went inside. He came back out with a tool to take the latch off the hood so it could open more and he could see inside better. He was able to get it in no problem.He said, ok thank you and started walking away. He didnt want any money but I said I would feel guilty so he let me give him a small token of my appreciation.Theyve been there ten years, there were a lot of cars being worked on, and there are a lot of good reviews. I would have no problem bringing my car here for service in the future.

The staff are rude and disrespectful foreigners. They were rude from the phone call to the last transaction.On 3/16/18 I had a 5 p.m. appointment nobody acknowledged me until 5:15pm after waiting since 4:50pm in a empty waitingroom with a over flowing garbage can that smelled awful by the water cooler (gross).When they did knowledge me after walking pass me for 20 min i was asked what do you want.I asked how long the NYSI would take and was told the mechanic was finished now on somebody elses car and then he would do my inspection. My car wasnt pulled into the shop until 5:51 p.m.Before giving the owner the keys to my car i informed him that I had to remove my battery to fix my horn issue.The machanic did not say it would be a problem. However it was a problem, they failed my car becuase the drive cycle was not set.When the mechanic/owner realized that he had lied to me about it not being a problem he became indignant and started yelling at me. When I became upset by this the owner told the caucasian garage porter to call the police on me becuas no women will talk to him like that and didnt care what I said I would pay the $37 today, a additional $27 when my drive cycle sets (wouldnt tell me what that was had to call a machanic friend to ask) and I was only getting a 10-day sticker.I have never had such a disgusting experience with an auto shop before in my 10 years of having cars.I would recommend that no one use the shop unless they want a headache, aggravation, to be lied to, over charged and to be threaten when you are not in the wrong.Go to an actual franchise that has regulations for owners and employees not rinky-dink shops owned by whoever.
