People wonder why we shop out of town...but when you try to shop in town and they are short abrupt and act as thou they dont need your business it makes it difficult to return. It started that way with this clerk...no BHS shirts to sale and the 2ND experince ended worse. When I picked up my order I was pleased with the first two shirts...but then totally surprise with the other three. The lettering size and font were different...much smaller...not bold and no first names. When I said, wow thats really small and before I could ask about the other differences he said well you wanted three names so that is what you get and then turned his back to me and walked off. These are large BHS shirts with fine print...not acceptable. ... this is why I go out of town. ..local merchants dont need anyone outside their local clicks
