Excellent knowledge. Very customer friendly!

I called him to check out my barely used leaf blower which had stopped working in mid blow. He couldnt take it in because he was swapped. But he took 15 minutes giving me detailed instructions on what to buy and what to do. The parts were $17 and $2 for fresh gas. Took me an hour to follow his instructions. Neither my eyes nor my hands are very good. It started on the third pull which he predicted. If there is better than that let me know.

It took a while to get to my repair at the height of the snowblower breakdown season. But Emil got the job done on time (before the next snowfall) and on budget. And he persists in giving advice that will deny him a return visit in the foreseeable future.Now about that troublesome lawnmower ...
