In my opinion this Korean market is every bit as good as the bigger chain up the road. There is fresh cooked Korean meals, an abundance of very reasonably priced fruit and vegetables, solid seafood department and the standard issue shelf goods. There are not the big crowds of the place down the road and the employees seem a bit friendlier here. The location is a bit tricky to get into.

I always have a good experience of shopping in this store. Its well organized with variety fresh products I want to buy. Price is affordable considering my travel time. Hand made dishes are tasty with a good price offer. Its better grocery than H mart nearby. I keep going for shopping every other weeks.

I like shopping here this place has items the others dont and its easy to go around since place is not that big. Most of all this place give me the vibe of 80s 90s feeling since they carry old stuff as well as new

Called ahead to confirm if they had the type of fruit I was looking for, but the phone rep incorrectly said they had it in stock. It was a totally different type and brand.

Ive always had pleasant shopping experiences every time weve shopped here. Great food and a wide selection with super friendly staff. Very clean and bright, able to find anything needed.

At the main entrance there was a foul smell that turned me off. Its an option from always going to H-Mart.

Great store. Produce is very fresh. Prices are good. And they always have food freshly prepared for you to try. This is very helpful especially when you are not familiar with some of the Korean specialties.

Its alright, a lot cleaner than before and better organized. Though its fairly understaffed around night time, check your items before buying for expiration date & the price tags. They should really change the Store hours to 8am-8pm as they close early right now due to COVID-19

Be aware of 1+1sale called buy one get one free. It is not great bargen sale. Look at regular unit prices which are marked minimum50% more than other store prices. You are most likely get a few dollars less pay over hundred dollars spent.

Not sure how this place is surviving. The nearby HMart 1 minute down the road has a better selection and prices are very similar.

This spot clearly knows how to please their customers. Consistently with a kind mindset. The food is affordably priced, always yummy and clean.

I love this grocery store! They got a fresh and great produces and other Korean groceries. Their staff are very friendly and kind here which makes me keep coming back. They also have a side cafeteria that serve quality BIbimbop/soup or other Korean home style meal/soup for $5. You cant beat it! :)

Smaller but great service, better price than other bigger Korean supermarket chain. I personally prefer to shop here.

Aisles are narrow & lots of boxes in them, so go off hours. Helpful staff, good deals on produce. Found all the ingredients needed for my dinner party in one stop!

Not my recommendation unless you live nearby without any means of transportation. Nearby H Mart is a lot more convenient and orderly and prices are about the same.

This supermarket has all I need for my Asian food groceries. Less crowded than H-Mart so its a plus! All the specialty shops have great food and products. The health and wellness shop even has a place to lie down and relax your body in a portable dry sauna bed.

Usually I go to H-mart, but they do have many items in sales. If you purchase big quantity of a product, it’s worth of make a deal with a manager there. They might give you good amount of discounts.

Went to Han Yang in Ridgefield, NJ. Extremely rude cashier. There was no one behind me and there was not wait in line. I put my items to have them get charged and had to pick up call so stepped aside for less than 3 seconds and cashier started to yell at me and when I gave her my card for payment she started to throw the card at me.

Fresh vegetable especially for Kimchi I always to this place.

Their filet mignon is the best! They also have live fish option.

Cheap prices, location is a bit hidden, but nice place to shop

I really loved this place. Phenomenal selection of Korean staples and many rarities. Home goods. Fresh tofu. Sample table. Great mushrooms (enokis - yay!) and a few killer price steals. More kimchi than you could lug in a pickup truck. Lots of random fun stuff, plus a sushi (odd) counter that looked good.BTW its impossible to see from the street - you gotta pull onto the access road and then turn left into the parking lot. If you walk (like me) youre more likely to find it.

Bought a box of anchovies to make broth. There was fungus growing in the box bc they were supposed keep them in freezer buy they were kept in room temperature. And no refund was granted unless you had receipt. Last year my mom also bought one for my brother who was visiting from Kentucky and had to throw anchovies out bc of fungus. Lost $30 right there. This has been happening year after year.. Theyre not doing anything to make any changes . They better make changes before inspection come out and give them a large fine

I like H-Mart but do not love the crowds or looking for parking so i go to this store which is generally empty and has plenty of parking. it is like a mini HMart so it doesnt necessarily have the variety but meets my needs for simple stuff.

Most of the products are expensive and not so fresh.On 1+1 event day, they raise the price nearly 70% and makes you think you had big discount.

Went to this alternative store as my usual Bergenfield location seemed to be shuttered. HOLY HELL ON EARTH!!!!! Shouldve known from just the parking lot insanity. Its not just the inferior space to even maneuver a cart but the rude maggot customers that just stop dead for whatever&wont/cant move but will freely run you over&dont blink an eye when you say OW!!!Yup I was the only non-Asian (aka Caucasian) in the place.If they dont re-open the Bergenfield store I will never ever shop with them again (sadly as theyve always had what I was looking for&helpful ladies that have ordered stuff i was looking for that they didnt have)p.s. not one staff person I asked could tell me whether or not the Bergenfield location was closed yet their website checking in after todays hideousness states it is.Even so, todays abhorridness has me already checking out alternatives
