The service I experienced today was exceptional. I didnt know what I wanted in a mattress until I spoke to Robbie, a sleep comfort know-it-all who was mindful of my budget and committed to finding the perfect mattress to fit my needs. One could always take an online assessment to determine best fit, but it really doesnt compare to walking into a store and trying out a large assortment of mattresses, with an expert there to offer advice. I left the store with an order for a new mattress (two days shipping time!) at a great price. Thank you, Robbie!

I dreaded having to buy a mattress because my past experiences were terrible - it always felt like buying a used car. Robbie was very different. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. We went to mattress firm of Ridgefield and worked with Robbie, the manager, to find the perfect bed for us. Robbie was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the computer system to find the right style as well as letting us try out several different beds before picking the one for us. The delivery was quick, only a few days after we ordered and the guys that brought in the bed were troopers. They had to carry the heavy adjustable base and large king mattress up 2 flights of stairs. They didnt complain once. Weve been sleeping in the bed for a couple weeks now and my back is definitely less sore when I wake up. If you need a new bed, Robbie is the guy to see!

We just had a wonderful experience with Robbie. He is so knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and really took the time to find which mattress was right for us. He didn’t push any certain mattresses on us and really explained all of the different options in depth. He was sanitizing as we went along and wore a mask, which made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend buying a mattress here and make sure you ask for Robbie!

The sales guy is great. Engaging & helpful.The delivery guys are terrible. They 1st delivered a king mattress, but only 1 of 2 box springs. Then took all that back. 2nd delivery was brought to the billing address & not shipping address. 3rd delivery-we waited all day. No one showed. Management volunteered to discount the invoice to make up for the fact that it took 4 attempts to get delivery. Then to actually get them to credit my card back took at least 10 voicemails, 5 emails & more than 2 months. I’d shop elsewhere.

Such a wonderful experience with Chad and Rob this afternoon! We bought a mattress online a few months ago and it just wasn’t comfortable. It’s so important to pick out a mattress in person. Even though you might be nervous to go mattress shopping in the age of COVID, don’t be! Every precaution was taken including disposable pads to lie down on. Would highly recommend!

Robbie Robinson delineated very clearly all the cost details regarding my purchase and how to take advantage of the sales. I ended up getting more bed for less than the original bed i looked at. Furthermore, he was very personable and patient. As for the delivery, Mr. Regisford and his associate were on time and set everything up in 9 minutes. Very pleased.

Not a bad place to buy a mattress. But to get a decent, competitive, price you need to bargain hard and be prepared to walk out if they wont negotiate. They have a great selection from inexpensive to very expensive Tempurpedic. Ended up with an inexpensive one and am happy with it.

I had a good experience picking out a new foam mattress which I preferred to buy from a store since I hadn’t slept on one before and had some questions. Angelo was able to point out a popular (and surprisingly affordable!) choice that is working out great. Delivery was easy and timely.

My husband and I went to get a mattress for our trundle bed and had a very negative experience. When he walked in the male salesperson was outside smoking no big deal. However when he came in in after us he immediately went to the back of the store made a phone call and was yelling at someone on the phone. The other female salesperson was with someone else and informed us that the man would be with us in a minute. After about 5-10 minutes she yelled for the male salesperson to get off the phone and come help us. He lingered and then car to help us. My husband made it very clear that we wanted a very cheap stress for the trundle bed but the man insisted on showing us very expensive beds. We finally looked around on our own and found the cheaper mattress and chose from those. Even after we chose a mattress the man continued to try to have us get a more expensive mattress. Probably wouldn’t go to this location again!

I had an awful experience with this store. I ordered a mattress and they put the wrong mattress number in the order. So I received a mattress I did not order. Then when I called to rectify the situation the lady Mary lied to me and then when I caught her in her lie she said she was mistaken. Then they said they would send me the right mattress. The day of delivery I checked the website to get a better time frame and I couldnt get an answer. I called another store in mount kisco because they opened earlier and they told me the order was never put in correctly so my mattress was not coming! The mount kisco store was so helpful and got my order fixed. I would NEVER shop at the Ridgefield store again.
