You can go to an other larger supply house, but youre only a number. And when you have a problem with something, its all Chiefs and no Indians. Nobody is ever at fault. The friendships you make here are for a lifetime. From the manager to the office staff to the counter guys to the drivers, the entire staff has been nothing but great. Lifes about solving one problem at a time, and Jared & Frank (RIP) have always been there to help me through the process. Highly recommended.

They only way I would ever shop here again if the two women were running this plumbing supply. Amanda and Jessica seemed like the only two who knew what was going on... The manager looked lost and the gentleman by the name of Jared was probably the rudest person I have ever met. He hushed me while he talked on his cell phone!!!!!! Anyway the women are on the ball here. I’d recommend you speak to them they made my overall experience better than I was feeling when I first arrived....

This is by far the best service you can get from a plumbing supply house. MNot only do they have good service but they also stock everything you can ever think of and if they don’t have it at that branch they will get it to you from another branch. More then a handful of times they opened to give me material on a Sunday when they were closed. And If your in a rush call and ask for Jared. You don’t even have to get out of your truck because he will be waiting for you outside with your material. If I could give 10 stars I would.

A Corona viruses trap.Two guys in the front desk with no masks. One talking Spanish and the other Corean. Wait 5 minutes to be attended with no success. They are too busy talking no care of the walking in customer.

You know What, These guys at This GPS go above and beyond to help guys like me. I am a heating guy that constantly runs to them for help and for parts. They have never disappointed us nor have they ever left us hanging incredible staff incredible counter guys 10 out of 10 stars in my book.

I was practically ignored at the counter. The counter guy kept looking up at the TV while I was asking him for a crucial part (which he did not even go in the back and look for) to complete the job. Being a tradesman I found that totally disrespectful. This place sucks.

They have great inventory to select from and they came highly recommended by our general contractor and plumber. The issue for me was how obnoxious the manager Ian was. When i had an issue and I tried to resolve it with him, He talked over me, it was hard to have a discussion.and resolve the problem. I would give their showroom a 5 plus, but for the aggravation I am assigning them a 2

We remodel two bathrooms bought everything in the Ridgefied location on the second bathroom they delivered a damaged tub they would not return it and replace with a new one that wasnt damage just because it was two weeks old we spent a lot of money in this place would not recommend it to no one where you going if you go there open every item that you bye because these people wont work with you they just want to so they dont care if its damaged or not
