They will rob you blind. They are not honest people. Trust me go somewhere else. They lack professionalism. They will lie to you about the work that needs to be done just to over charge you. Kevin is a real scumbag and the Spanish guys he got working there is a freaking snake.They’ll be going under soon enough. Unless they sell. Sell the business scumbags let someone else who actually cares run it.

I have used this place before and the service was fine. Recently, I have made multiple attempts to schedule service and whoever is behind the phone either automatically hangs up, puts you on hold and never returns to the call, or takes down the information of your service request and never gets back to you. I guess they are doing very well to not take on any additional business and I need to take my business elsewhere.

Friendly shop, the guys helped me get new tires during their busiest time of year and even coordinated with me so I can ride in & ride out.

Great place to find legit motorcycle gloves, for cold and warm weather. They sell much more, but my focus was durable gloves I can use with my far tire e-bike. And the prices are reasonable.

I have a 2017 Harley Road Glide that needed new tires, the Harley dealership in Rochelle Park quoted me $850.00 with my discount. Very impressed with first contact with Kevin, the owner. I called long distance to try and find a good shop for a friend. Im in the repair business in the midwest and felt that he was responsive and very honest about what he can and cannot do. I wll recommend that my friend in Bergen County go to Circle Cycle and bypass at least 3 other shops that are closer to his home.

Its ok for a non dealer spot been there for ever. A good alternative to dealers for basic maintenance work on your bike

The place isnt bad for basic work, and the older gent who works here is a nice guy, its just kind of like they cant really be bothered. Preference is strongly given to those whove been coming for a long time, I was right in the middle of figuring something out with the younger of the two front counter guys when a guy head to toe in hi viz yellow came in the door complaining about a tire and the guy literally just walked away from me like I didnt exist. Not a bad shop but kind of crappy approach and there are lots of jobs they cant do.

Ive been coming to Circle Cycle since I was a teenager with a slipping clutch on my Yamaha 60. That was over 30 years ago and Ive been bothering these guys every since! Well, since then I figured out how to keep my bikes running myself - but when I need parts or another opinion on a mechanical issue I go right to Circle. Kevin and Pete have a great shop and I happily rate Circle Cycle 5 stars.

I have been a loyal customer since 1979, and the owners Peter and Kevin have always been extremely honest, done excellent work on all my different motorcycles throughout these years. I had tried different shops, some of the largest in my area but I never got the satisfaction I get from Circle Cycle. Try them and youll see what I mean. Just tell them Anderson sent you.

The staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful in every aspect.They repairs completed were done as expected, and made my bike feel like it was brand new. This place honest and reasonable . They dont push you to buy things u dont need. Circle Cycles is the place where I will bring my bike for any repairs.

Great place to shop for motorcycle accessories, from helmets to gloves, to shoes, to pants, and to also jackets. Its not just hardwares for motorcycles, but also protective wear gears as well. The jackets sport protective elbow and forearm pads to spinal protection as well. The clothing are not necessarily leather, but offer similar protection with breathable liners.

For what took motorcycle mall 7 weeks and 800 dollars these guys did in 5 days and 400.Ill be going back for all the work I cant do myself for as long as Im in the area.

Poor customer service, I had to wait till the next day because they said I was late and that they were gonna call me but next day never got a anything until I decided to call. Then they put my rear tire on backwards and when I called they said they put it back how it was, but how is a 2015 ninja straight out the shop have a rear tire backwards ? This was my first time here to! Makes no sense how the manufacture will put a rear stick tire on backwards thought they would change it but he told me to get a new tire and then they’ll change it for me. Who’s buying a brand new Dunlop rear tire this was litteraly two weeks ago

Great Experience! I was in need of service on my VTX1300. Kevin was super nice on the phone and even more helpful in person. They serviced my bike and had it ready same day, but kept it for me overnight since I couldnt make it back that day. Needed new tires, and he showed me the different options and price levels, and still told me that based on my riding style that I dont need the more expensive tires. So happy this place is only a 12 minute ride from my home! Thank you Kevin, and I look forward to being a long time customer!

The place is awesome, been going there for years . Always happy . My last 3 bikes have been worked on there up to my present bike.

Helpful staff, they are a shop if you need repairs and also sell parts for your bike. Check them out before ordering the part you need online. They dont have technical stuff but if you need certain tools, turn signals, handle bars, grips, that kind of stuff you can expect. If they dont carry what you need, he can give you a price and order it as well.

Great place for parts, service, they also have helmets and apparel. If they dont have it theyll order it for you.
