Usually I do not spend my time giving bad reviews, specially for this place that has already SO MANY bad reviews already… They literally mistreat their customer and say straight to your face to your face that they not not need customers!!! They provide me and a week later when I decided to go with them they raised the price did not honor their initially quote. I talked to the manager, and hisposture was shameful to any company, he hung up on my face saying to look for another company before I even explain what was going on! HORRIBLE IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR MANAGER!

Customer service is horrible here. we called many times and the person who answers always tells us that our sales rep is not in and that he will relay our message to him. weve never received a call back.we gave up after calling many times of the course of two months and never spoke to anyone who could help.

I bought a Cidiz (Fursis) office chair, but before I went, I went to Amazon to know the price, but the seller (an older woman) said that the original price was over $500 lol No, I know who is an idiot.
