I ordered in December some numbers counters but no one followed up to see why they were not in. I hope this will not happen again with anyone else. I finally got them. Thanks!

School Aids is a great store for all of your educational needs. I went in with my kids and ended up with some great supplies and great customer service. We checked out and upon getting back to the car, I noticed that we were missing a bracelet. I went back in to find it and Terry, the manager helped me, but neither of us saw it. Well, I got a big surprise in the mail today! Terry found the bracelet and mailed it to me!! I was very thankful for this act of kindness. He definitely went above and beyond! I can’t wait to go back!!

A plethora of school supply needs and services such as laminating and paper cut by the foot. Sale and clearance selections are abundant too. Great place anytime of bulletin board or classroom decorations.

I was surprised by the customer service I received today at SCHOOL AIDS RIDGELAND by SALESPERSON 4749. With all of the money that I have spent in this store I am extremely upset. Upon signing my receipt, I signed it and the sales associate snatched it from my hands. It was so rude, along with her overall tone and service, I just stood in disbelief. I frequently patron this store and to be treated like a piece of trash is absolutely unacceptable.
