Service was always good. Trying to cancel my service and i have spent 2 1/2 hours on hold over two days and can not get in touch with anyone. I have Facebook Messenger them, emailed them on their site and still no answer.

Kentwoods service is exceptionally horrible for businesses. We set up for cod service due to being overbilled in the past. Delivery drivers change like the wind and its hard to get professional interactions. I do not recommend.

Never again I went through hell with these people if only two people in the house why would I need four five gallon of water so no I only needed one a week they got mad and wouldnt bring me the water tried to hold it up and wait to try to bring two at a time so I went on eBay and bought my own machine and my own water container 5 gallons from Walmart so I have no bill yay best way to do it eliminate the middle man and my machine is my own $67 plus tax kuppet machine

During the COVID I could not find water and Kentwood delivered me more water when I needed it most. Great service guys. Thank you so very much. Love my water from Kentwood and their service.
