If I could NO STARS! Pass this store up. Its really not the store its the Employee/ Suppose to be Manager with the Bad Attitude. They dont inform Customers of the return policy & well as its not stated on policy. I call 4 party city that informed that they do store credit. Yet this particular one doesnt nor does it state on the receipt that it does or does not. So I called corporate and see if I can get a better handle on this situation.

Party City has everything! We wanted a Daniel Tigers Neighborhood themed party and it was so easy to put together. They have an aisle with sections for popular childrens shows and characters, complete with plates, napkins, tablecloths, goody bags, etc. Then they have balloons to match. Place your balloon order and pick them up the day off the party. It really is easy.

Store was fully staffed...and it looked like they were in the middle of a reset. I stood on an aisle with 3 associates...in close proximity and not one acknowledged me. I found ALMOST everything I needed. I refused to ask for help.

Even if you take your own clear 36” balloons,they charge $10 a balloon. The confetti literally just pooled at the bottom of the balloons. So lackluster. Great customer service though.

Party City always have what you need for parties and etc..but they never have a happy staff...smile for goodness sakes your store is called PARTY CITY!!

Great place always stocked. Always clean and party stuff for pretty much any PARTY occasion. Staff is always willing to help. Ive been here many many times. Never been a problem here. Hope it stays that way. Way to go Party city!!

Will not order anything from this location again. My order was placed online with estimate time to be ready at 3:00pm arrived and balloons were not ready. Was told we should have received a confirmation via text or email when ready. Yet still have not received that. Call twice 1st time were told balloons were not ready called later that evening to cancel order, I guess Allison who ever she is did not like that she talked over me was really rude on the phone and basically calling me a liar that no one came to pick up balloons. Allison I hope you are not a manager because that was very unprofessional of you to talk over a customer and argue with me over the phone. But I guess if you’re not working in a professional environment and instead working at a circus you act out as a clown

Wish I could give them a 0.. My balloons popped within 10 minutes after getting them . I went back up to the location I received them from & asked was it possible if I could get more & they told me no I won’t be able to because I left the store with them ... it should be some policy on for the ballon if they end up popping .

Limited options. Way too expensive. Half of the employees were not wearing masks. At this rate party city not gonna close soon.

It was a great shopping experience overall...all the workers and manager were awesome except one VERY RUDE employee they had on the floor. He is not someone i would have in a national chain based establishment. The manager was so kind and considerate as to apolovize for his actions.

Not a good verifying of costumes for off season but I found something close to my needs.

This location does not sell for the prices advertised online and does not match online pricing. When going to party city’s website it shows stock and pricing for this location but store pick up is not available, I assume so they can sell at higher price. From now I will plan ahead and order online to avoid this “ family owned location”

Went with 6 kids to get costumes. they were very busy, and were very proficient and above expectations of helpfulness. All the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful

Pretty cool store and lots of selections! The prices were a bit high but the price tags were also in the wrong places. It’s was a little aggravating when trying to hurry and be on a budget.

My daughters have birthdays exactly one week apart and they are 10 years apart lol! Its always a headache come birthday time for me! I have been in this location 3 times and one week already! The customer service is freaking AWESOME!! I had Me Aaron one day, and he had the patience of Christ answering my trillion questions about online ordering! The next visit I had, Joiya who helped my 6 yr old make an executive decision on helium balloons! You would had thought my baby was a mini vice President!! Thank you both Aaron and Joiya for being wonderful employees! You are part of the reason why I love Party City!!

I came in the store for a specific child’s wig after verifying this store had some in stock. The space for the wig was empty but I could see several packages of that wig above the empty rack in the “back stock.” I asked 2 different employees to get one for me and they couldn’t for whatever reason. I went to the cashier and asked him if he could please get one for me. He stated he couldn’t look it up without the barcode. So I explained I can’t get the bar code bc it’s on the item that is above the empty rack where the item goes. He said they have been too busy to restock but he has some employees clocking in a little while and one of them might can do it when they get in. I said “never mind. I will go buy it from another store.” (As in onthe that is NOT Party City.) He was obviously relieved and said “okay! Great!” Wow.

I would have given them no stars for their customer service. I bought a defective item from this store and they would even let me exchange for the same exact item. I will never shop here again.

This place (flowood and countyline rd) had no designs, mask, customs or anything resembling Wakanda (marvel) super heros. Its only one month to October so i found this disappointing....l sought out management to tell them about the party i was attending with 200 ppl needed the same as l !!!! Lost lots of money
