Sold me a 2001 gs300 with the radiator leaking and they knew it because the whole engine bay was cleaned for the test drive drove it home and there was antifreeze everywhere was promised to be sentdsent lock actuators becauses the power locks were malfunctioning that never happened... Shady tactics ... Radiator was less than 100$ could have overheated easily and ruined engine that shouldve just been addressed before attempting sale my advise is avoid this place

I’ve taken my time trying to think of how I wanted to review my experience here. It’s been 4 months since I bought my vehicle and I’m finally ready to leave it. First and foremost, in the case of the actual purchasing of the vehicle and dealing with the owner first hand, that part was a breeze. Brandon was extremely polite and nice. Very friendly and helpful, i won’t deny that. Now I chose this place because of the website reviews. Customer service is everything, especially in this line of business, and Brandon seemed to have nothing but happy customers. And in his defense, I did sign an “as is” agreement, and I did opt out of buying the warranty he offers. But at the time of purchasing my 2009 Nissan Cube, there seemed to be nothing wrong with it. I even bought a Carfax report a week before I actually purchased the car. Came back completely clean. Vehicle ran very smoothly. I purchased it in mid August. The end of September came, and the transmission goes out. Now I’m not a car salesman, nor am I a dealership owner. But I do work in the line of customer service, and believe in helping my customers to my best extent, no matter what. Especially if I want them to come back, and to tell others about me. I’m a paycheck to paycheck person, and can’t afford what it takes to repair the transmission for this car. The only thing Brandon offered to do for me when I called to let him know what happened was to try to get me to purchase a $300 warranty that (even he admitted) may not even cover the transmission problem I was having. And when I told him I didn’t have the money for it at the time, he never responded to me, ever. I haven’t heard back from him at all. So I’m sorry, but customer service wise, I had a bad experience. I’d never let someone who just purchased a car from me have this issue, I’d have worked something out with them. Anything.

Documentation of a recent service report from a Honda dealership was provided so I felt confident that I was getting a quality vehicle. Id definitely recommend these guys.

I must say that I have been very satisfied with my purchase of a 2012 Nissan Altima from Dash. Brandon was very helpful and informative before, during and after my purchase. It has been about 8 months since we drove the car off the lot and I havent had one problem with it since. I am looking very forward to returning to Dash Auto House to help me purchase my next car in a few months.

DASH is the best dealership in the flowood/Ridgeland area without a doubt. They’re very straight forward and your wishes in mind. They will try to work with in anyway to make both parties happy.
