I ordered an Ole Miss Nike polo from college corner but when it arrived the person who had shipped it (I believe Amy) accidentally put the wrong shirt in. Completely understandable mistake as the shirts were practically identical. Sent them a note to the store email and within an hour the owner of the store called me to apologize and work on getting things rectified. About a week later i received the correct shirt with a sweet apologetic note from Amy? - Great customer service, highly suggest.
