Very bad place... The cookie store should be shut down. Very poor service. Especially the manager, owner named drew hes awful. He mistreated me and didnt give me a paycheck when I worked there. He wouldnt sign a form I needed signed that was important to me. If anyone goes there I wouldnt even go there to buy any of their food. Im putting this as a bad review. Awful manager compared to the employers.

I normally love the cookie store, I have since I was a kid. But yesterday was horrible! I was standing there for about 5 minutes waiting on the girl to get my order, someone else walks up to order and then they ask the girl behind the counter if she Wants to get my order first because I was already there. The girl behind the counter says “no” and takes the other girl order. I was FURIOUS and I walked off! Love the cookies! REALLY dislike the service!

Rudest place in the mall. Stop going because it was always the same two there with the same rudeness!! Located next to Belk! Go elsewhere!! Plus the cookies were not fresh. I will give anybody a chance.

This place is the best place to get cookies in North Park Mall. very delicious. get the small cookies. so soft and delicious. this place doesnt get the credit it deserves. way better than Great American Cookies.

My bf loves their double stuffed delight. Its two giant cookies stuffed with some kind of frosting. The cookies are always fresh with a nice chew to it. They also have $2 deal bags for the ones that are a day old, overbaked or broken. Thats a great way to be able to try a few different kinds of cookies for such a low price! The staff is always friendly. I came by tonight around 7pm, had to wait about 5 mins for her to set up nacho cheese for a customer, she offered me a fountain drink for the wait. A lot of places wont even do that! Were happy customers.

Must say by far the best cookies . But I had better .. the service is “somewhat”great .The manager needs to learn more marketing skills and how to run a business the “correct way “. Watching your employers all day will not make your business successful. It’s a business that’s starting from the bottom and that has a long way to go . *my experience as a employee* ..

I work in the mall and I always go here for cookies on break ..different times of the day...every time I go the girls are rude and flirting with the boys that work there in the stand in front of there store ... worst customers service and desire to preform a good a job !! But cookies are good most days .

The owner is not experienced at all when it comes to business method he is unfortunaly not open to feedback from employees and has poor marketing skills thus why sales are never good he also watches his employees on camera all day and has no problem screenshotting u and other employees he is a greedy cheapskake but ya know just my opinion
