Zales on County line in Jackson, Ms. When I first walked in I was a little skeptical. I walked around and a gentleman greetedme. He asked if he could help and I told him i had an exchange. I explained to him how much I wanted to spend. Well he took me to several cases but i just couldnt find anything that just stood out. So other customers started coming in and I ask him to please assist them. I waited patiently for him to finish. When he got through, I asked him did he have any promise rings. He quickly replied and said maam we really getting away from those but I will show you what we have. Omg, I looked in the case and fell in love. The perfect ring and at that point he started explaining diamonds to me. I tried on three but only 1 I couldnt resist. We matched it with the perfect bandI must say,I really tested his customer service at one point I wanted to leave. In the end he was a good salesman but nothing like Shazi

Zales is truly the Diamond Store. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from them. Our favorite representative is named Dreeka. She’s made sure our needs were met and knew just what style of rings would fit us perfectly.We’ve also had to make adjustments to our sizes and each time she was get one to accommodate us. Jewelry cleaning is fast and efficient, plus you leave their with your pieces shining like new money. Zales In Ridgeland, MS is our preferred store. Dreeka and all the associates are a joy to be in contact with.

I have a ring I paid for the warranty I have had ring less than a year and they are telling me I have to pay for the stone that came out of the ring I bought less than a year ago !!! I will never buy anything from this store again!

Great staff they are always helpful and knowledgeable in finding the perfect diamond. I took my wife to the one on county line Rd in North Park for Valentines day. After several minutes looking around she found her dream ring. Again thanks to the wonderful staff.

My husband and I picked out my engagement ring from there, thought everything was fine till about 3 weeks of wear and the band started to turn colors. Turns out, the salesman lied and said it was 14k rose gold, instead it was Rose gold plated on top of white gold. We will never purchase from there again.

Three individuals working, i came in for a quick and easy ring inspection and cleaning. Took 10 mins to even be acknowledged and then one of the women working finished helping a customer and wouldnt even look at me to help. She helped a newer walk up customer before she even acknowledged me waiting to be helped. This location is always incredibly slow and one of the worst I have visited.
