I cannot thank Paul the Store Manager enough. My wife and I were in a bind and he personally helped me on both our trips there today. He came out to my vehicle and made sure the roof rack I was looking at would fit my vehicle and then worked through the instructions with me so I felt comfortable with it. Truly a manager who goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this place!

It was slow when I got there so I grabbed everything I needed quickly until I got to the checkout and realized I forgot am item. Jennifer was very helpful and patient as I scrambled up and down the isles.GREAT Customer Service

Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, also very polite and friendly. On the downside, the main item I purchased was merchandised in the wrong location with the wrong price, which the manager chose not to honor, which was disappointing. But all employees customer service was excellent.

They always have a better idea so far so good

Went in to buy an item I thought was on sale until I got to checkout then was told I needed to have an annual membership $29 in order to get item at advertised price. I will return to shopping at Home Depot/Lowes where no annual membership is required.

HF has everything a mechanic or shade tree mechanic would love to have. The items are so cheap that anyone can afford to buy them. I really like shopping at this location. The parking is always spacious.

Wide selection of various tools and priced to fit just about any ones budget.

Harbor freight has was you need but if youre someone who is not knowledgeable about tools youre in the wrong place Im not saying they have bad customer service you just wont find anyone to help you. So take someone with you that has knowledge of tools and you will have a more pleasant experience.

This is a really nice Harbor Freight. Courteous and professional staff. Well stocked shelves. Unbelievable sales and deal that are there all the time and constantly changing. Price matching. Free catalog sent to you by mail. Very clean store.

Had what I Went after, got a discount, the salesperson was so so courteous, and helpful. I wish I knew her name.Much better store than Pearl, Ms. Their stock and the help was terrible. I will drive the extra miles to Ridgeland from now on. Sure glad I got my stuff there.

Very glad they open the location so close to my house, it was always a pain driving out to Pearl. Great prices on tools, much more affordable and then the Big Chain stores. This store would get a negative rating if it was available. I waited on hold for almost 30min just to confirm that they have a transmission jack in stock, before I drive 45min from Vicksburg, Ms. 2 people put me on hold. Customer service is starting to suck now because people just dont care anymore.

Harbor Freight Tools is a neat store. It is fun to look around and get tools at the cheap prices. However, it is important to keep in mind that you are getting what you pay for: cheap tools. I personally prefer another brand that is more expensive, but has a quality feel to them. I would get something from Harbor Freight if I could not afford a name brand or needed something short term in a pinch. Still fun to stop by and browse every now and again.

I always go to the Richland store. The pearl store wont worenty items u buy from them. They told me they dont keep up with tickets after 90 days. The manager and staff gave me a hard time. I will never go there again. My brother bought me a vacuum pump from them and it went bad and they said they had no records of my brother buying anything from them.I believe they just didnt wont to worenty the pump. But I know they have lost a customer for life.

Everytime I visit harbor frieght I walk away with a great deal and it does help that I save a lot on name brand tools. Harbor frieght has a new line of tools and a great selection just added today. Its a bonus they have an app dedicated to HFC coupons to help you save. Just bought a new 15pc screwdriver set today for only 24.99, add the 20% off coupon plus the free gift of your choice ( with valid coupon) and I feel like it was a steal. Add on top of all the great customer service, all I can say is, take my money.
