The service is never the greatest- But what else can you expect from a hole-in-the-wall store in Northpark Mall? I have shopped here for all of my formal dresses and I never leave empty handed. They tend to have really skimpy clothes when you first look, but once you try them on, they tend to not be as revealing as they seem. The prices here are beyond reasonable. I have never spent more than $60 for a dress here, and thats including long prom dresses. I highly recommend shopping here for any occasion dresses, such as cocktail, formal, and date parties!

This place has all the sexy clothes that are tasteful at the same time and prom dresses for cheap

I won’t be shopping with them anymore. Store manager was very rude & has extremely bad attitude. My friend purchased an few items for me with her debit card & they didn’t work out. so I tried to return them & I had my receipt & it was within return policy rules with is 14 days & they denied my return. She accused me of wearing the items, & Keep in mind the tags were still attached & still in the same condition as when items were purchased. Then she said I can’t return & get a refund bc I would have to have the debit cared that was used to purchase even thoe I had the original receipts. She could’ve just gave me cash back right? I think that’s the next option !!! Instead she offered me a exchange that I did not want. $100 of my money that I had to find some things in the store that I did not want!!! I was furious!!! And she was soooooo rude

My daughter loves this store. They have great prices for special occasion dresses and plenty to choose from. However, the service is awful! Most recently Kierra was rude to us multiple times. It is peak Homecoming shopping time and the store was full, she insisted that the large dressing rooms be closed and we had to move to the opposite side of the store and wait for a dressing room. Ridiculous. She was absolutely no help in locating sizes nor did she have knowledge of where things were located in the store. We left disappointed YET AGAIN.

The Store is always clean and the employees are always friendly.

Rude service. Manager has a nasty attitude and staff is always playing around in the store instead of helping customers. I asked for the manager with the attitude for her name, which is Nicole Barrett. I plan to call corporate!
