I’ve rented there for over 10 years. It’s a nice facility and Monique has been almost 90% of the reason I didn’t leave 3 years ago. I finally left because I felt penalized for being a long term customer. 3-4 increases every year regardless of how long you’ve been there was out of my budget. Also the relatively new policy of not letting tenants use the dumpster was mind boggling. A huge number of renters use the facility to receive and store samples. No way to effectively get rid of boxes was a deal breaker.

Negatives - The doors on the units are not sturdy as I have seen at other facilities. The rent on a unit can be increased by the corporate office often according to the manager. When I inquired about my increase after only being there 4 months, the manager said she has noticed people inquiring about their 3 to 6 months increases.Positives - The facility is clean and well lit. The manager, Monique, and employees, Margery and Robyn, have been very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they are no longer there.

Monique was absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service and product knowledge as well as knowing how she compares to the local competition. Professional and friendly - even got me with the retail upsell. I even tried to recruit her to come work with me but she passed on the offer. The assistant manager even offered an additional helpful service when I stopped back by the office later. This staff is amazing! Hang on to these guys because great customer service is such a rarity nowadays and theirs was Chick-fil-a level!!

The facility is clean, well lit, the employees knowledgeable and polite. The access is convenient for working people. My only complaint is how often they raise the rent. I would prefer a contract with a fixed amount for the year. I’ve had this space for two years and they’ve raised it 4 times.

So easy to rent a unit! I reserved a unit online then went to the facility in person to view the unit before renting. Facility is clean and well-maintained. Safe area with plenty of parking and lighting, and personal codes are required to enter the building. Hours of access are early and late enough to accommodate most all schedules. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful! Monique is a rockstar!

But what makes them stand out are the exceptional people who work there. In the 2.5 years I was a customer there, whoever I was dealing with at any given time was at all times friendly and helpful. From the moment I put a lock on my storage space to the moment I emptied it out, I had every confidence that my stuff was well taken care of and that Monique and everyone else cared about it just as much as I did.
