I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair that I bought several years ago from a local store that is no longer in business. One of the arms on the chair broke and I contacted David Henderson with Office Innovations.I was advised that the chair was an older model chair and the chair had to be retrofitted with newer parts to have the correct arm rests attached. My chair was delivered by Mr. Henderson today and looks almost brand new. Office Innovations did a great job in repairing my favorite and most comfortable chair and should be your go to company for Herman Miller products and service.

I recently had a problem with a Herman Miller chair purchased from another vendor. HM referred me to Office Innovations to service the item, as they are the Jackson area’s repair center/retailer, and I was very satisfied with the service I received. They were flexible and accomodating throughout the repair process and made sure my cushion got back to me as good as new. I’ll definitely be making future Herman Miller purchases from Office Innovations.
