I love shopping at Essence Fragrances in Northpark Mall. The employees are so polite and helpful and if they don’t have the fragrance you want at the store they can order it for you!! Ask for Bre and she will definitely hook you up with the best fragrances in town! Best fragrance store in MS ever!!

This is one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. The young lady that helped me was polite, courteous and super sweet. I went in wanting a perfume that someone recommended and a nice cologne for my husband. I couldnt remember the name of the perfume or who made it, but she worked with me and never once got frustrated and we even managed to figure out the name of it after about 30 minutes of her googling things based off a bottle description. She found me great smelling cologne for my husband and she gave me a super great deal. I highly recommend this little fragrance stand for anybody thats looking for a great deal on the real deal. She made me feel like she wasnt just trying to rush me and make a sale and she made me feel good about spending my money there! Essence Fragrance you have a great employee in Ms. Brenna and I will most definitely be back and recommending this place to anybody who needs a good smell good! These girls are so sweet and kind! The new manager took all the time to help me find a fragrance I was looking for but had no idea what the name was. She had a great attitude and even though my little girl asked for a new sample of every perfume on the counter, not once did she lose her smile or get frustrated. I received my fragrance in the time Brenna told me and she even called to make sure I received it! I will most definitely be back. Great customer service and great products!
