Village Auto Body was really nice to both my daughter and I when we went to pick up the contents of her totaled car. Without being asked, they took off the licence plates for my daughter. The kindness they showed was much appreciated by both of us.

The worst place ive been before. And the best part They send your car for other place that is a body shop. Guess what, that other place doesnt open on weekends. Sure. 2 more days of charge. So, convenient, isnt it!

I was in an accident with my truck and it was towed to Village Auto Body. The women there were very helpful made sure i was ok. They helped me handle the claim and got me in a rental immediately. My car looked awesome when it was done. The paint job came out so nice. I bought running boards which they installed also. I would highly recommend this place!!

Ive had multiple cars fixed here always an amazing job. But the most recent my mother had her Lexus fixed here and they did an over the top job! very happy with the results, will continue coming here!!

So my daughter had taken her Range Rover here to be repaired and she was pleased. I then used them for my personal truck an F -350. They had the truck done within 8 days and its better then ever. A young man by the name of Tyler and another man named Mark were very helpful and they also did a great job. I was worried about them matching the paint color because the truck is 4 years old. Not only did they match the color they detailed the entire truck. Inside and out. Thank you Village Auto Body.

Melissa went above and beyond to help me get a rental and was so helpful with all my questions and super knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and did everything she could to help me stay on budget. My car looked great (replaced front bumper as well as couple other fixes they helped me out with) and I was very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend

Good shop they gave my car back to me clean and better then ever... Im so happy I got my car back and it was fixed the right way!!!

Dont get towed or repair done there. They will overcharge you. After my Lexus got towed to this shop, I was told multiple times that my car could not be fixed easily so it shouldnt be fixed. Then the guy gave me incomplete repair estimate and charged me $50 without telling me in advance (I got free estimate elsewhere). Then they charged me overpriced storage fees and even charged me on moving the car up to the tow truck for almost $100. After I complained that my car was driven up to the tow truck, they reluctantly removed the charge. Then I moved the car to other body shop where it was fixed at less than half a price without any issue. So dont trust this shop. My advice to you: Get your repair done elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!Horrible people, horrible work. They damaged the interior of my car by storing the trim in it - scratched the windshield and cut the leather on the steering wheel and then denied they had done it. The exterior work doesnt align and when I asked them to fix it they said I was being too nitpicky and gave me attitude.How they are Audi certified is beyond me. I would NEVER take another car here, EVER! Especially an Audi, more expensive to fix the bad work they did than to have paid out of my pocket for the body damage. Ive complained to Audi directly. DONT DO IT if you like your car.One of the workers gave me the finger on the corner while driving not realizing I had my car at their shop. Just to give you an idea of what kind of people they have working on your car.

This was a excellent auto body shop fast and friendly service and my dodge never looked better I swear it came out better then before the accident

My car was towed by these people and someone stole 30$ in quarters and 20$ in cash I keep for emergencies. Terrible and pathetic. Make sure to never leave belongings in your car when dealing with these people.
