I cannot express how much I love this place. I just left the store about an hour ago and live up the street so when I got my first bike and needed some stuff for it I went down to Joyride. Josh was working today and he helped me out so much on not only making me feel secure on my bike but also the purchases I made with locks, even to go as far as adding a mini chain to the bike seat which I didnt even think about doing!If I need a tune up or for really anything associated with my bike I will always go to them first before anyone.

Great staff! Very friendly and always helpful. I brought an e-bike to the shop one time because of a flat and everything I needed for the replacement was right at the shop and the prices were great. The staff has a friendly and approachable demeanor and I love that kind of service. That makes any customer feel important. Ive been recommending friends in the area to check out this bike shop. Ill be returning soon.

Josh was awesome! I came in right as they opened, he checked out my popped back tire, offered me a couple replacements and had me back on my bike in half an hour. I’m really grateful for the work, and it’s awesome to know he’s in the neighborhood.

Josh is an excellent mechanic and has in depth knowledge of cycling products as well as quality bikes. Prices are very reasonable. Its the only bike shop I go to.

I can honestly say this is the best bike shop Ive ever been to. Josh was extremely helpful with the basic tune up I needed near closing time. Best bike shop in the city, hands down. They know what they’re doing, they’re fast, reliable, kind, helpful, and will not rip you off. I was in an accident, and they helped me to gather my stuff, feel better, showed empathy and concern, and made sure I was ok to get home (calling me a cab and helping me charge my phone). Been to plenty of bike shops in the city that wouldn’t half try to rob you. Not this place.Only bike shop I’ll go to now!

This guy is very honest and I had an amazing experience. He does a great job and tries to help the best he can. He fixed a problem that my bike had with no problem. He doesn’t do more than what you ask him to do. And if he does, he doesn’t charge extra. He tries to fix a problem before recommending a new part .After all this is the BEST bike shop I’ve ever went to.Pssst... don’t go to spokesman cycles.

These guys are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I had them assemble my bike when I moved up here from Miami and have only gone to them for anything because their prices are fair, they know EVERYTHING and its never crowded. love it!

Just came in for a general tune up but was really impressed. Josh is really passionate about bikes and was great to chat with him while he worked on my ride. Prices were super reasonable too. Really awesome to have a great mechanic in this area of Ridgewood so I dont have to go out of my way to get my old Fuji running well. Highly recommended!

The owner is a good wrench and a good guy. Nice friendly shop. A customer ducked inside to fix a flat on their bike while I was there, we all had a good chat and shared a laugh. I test drove a bicycle and took one home. Pop in here if youre in the area.

Amazing store, every time Ive gone in my bike issues have been solved quickly and thoroughly. The owner really cares about his customers and Ill be going back for all my bike needs.

Super friendly and efficient. The guy working was very knowledgeable about bikes and offered me a range of suggestions. My front derailleur was having trouble shifting onto the big ring, and he was able to do a quick fix so that I could continue riding (an adjustment) but also let me know about a better gearing option for the city, including replacement chain rings at various price levels for me. I felt like he was being informative and helpful without trying to hard-sell or make more money off me.

Great bike shop, small but solid selection. Have had work done here and it felt like Josh was treating the job as if he was working on his own bike. Price is what it is, but it pays off as something done right does not need to be done again.

I just moved to Denver and used Bike Slug to ship my bike out. Just got it today and I must say it was packed perfectly. Service was top notch. Wish I was able to enjoy this great shop more!

I cant say enough about the service at Joyride. Apart from my cracked, flat tire, my 12 year old Trek was starting to annoy me with sticky grips & less than new performance. Josh took it and gave it a workover. I didnt need to know what to ask for, he just made my bike way better than it was & in the end undercharged me for what hed done.Super great guy, and well worth the visit. If you have or want a bike, do yourself a favor & pop in here for a chat with Josh- youll end up like me, leaving a glaring review for the place.

Can I do 10 stars? I thought my bicycle was ruined from its preceding condition before my visit to Joyride Bikes but Josh diagnosed and repaired my bike back to life. They are neighborhood heroes.
