This is the only Bath and body works I come to because everyone is so helpful and so nice. They are extremely clean and wipe down after every customer. Me an my girl went to this store Dec/2020 an we definitely enjoyed it,Previously we went to Bath & Body works in Long Island, and the servicewas very COLD and everyone seemed miserable with no motivation to help. The Store in RIDGEWOOD was the total opposite, They were very welcoming & helpful, and made sure to help us save, and remind you of all their good specials. I went to this store once, & its way better than the one in Gateway Mall. The staff is pleasant & friendly. Unlike Gateway. Gateway is closer to my house, but I will be returning to this store, when I dont order online.

I like this location. It’s easy for me since it’s in my neighborhood. Lots of employees and sometimes feel a little overbearing but they are nice and just trying to be helpful. Always clean and fully stocked with LOTS of different scented candles.

Enjoy coming here because the staff is very friendly and helpful. Although at times it can be disappointing because their plug-in air freshener lights are all displayed nicely and yet they dont carry every single one of them to sell, so its kind of disappointing when you find one thats really pretty and you want it and they tell you they dont carry it.Regardless of that minor gripe of mine, I always love coming to this store in Ridgewood. The aisles are nice and clean - easy to shop easy to see their products and they have everything displayed very neatly. A+

Love this place. Whenever I go and shop for my favorite candles, body cream, and hand soap theres this girls name Betty, Jeanette and theres another girl sister of my sons classmate in kindergarten they are all nice. They always help me if I cant find what I want.They also give some suggestions if whats the best deal of the week. Whenever I enter the place I am greeted with a smile.👍👍👍😎 I will be going back to this place again to buy my favorite candle Peach Bellini.

Great customer service, very very nice employees, the only thing I would change is the way they have their products on the shelves, for me its not that organized, for example they have one side with body spritz, body cream but on the other side its the same, why not have one entire side or section devoted to body spritz, cream etc...just sayin

Unknowingly, I came into this store 5 minutes before closing time. When I asked what time they close, the employee told me they closed in 5 minutes. I apologized and told them Id hurry and they told me to take my time and there was no rush. Ended up spending close to $200... happily. I wouldve spent that anyway in another store or online but Im happy I spent it in a store that has employees who let customers know that theyre valued.

I went in today for some last minute shopping and the staff was fantastic! The one beautiful young lady at the register whos name I didnt get was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be stopping by more often. Great job!

Typical B&BW except for one thing; the management here restricts customers to one shopping bag per order. I bought 2 large candles and 3 tubes of lotion and I was told that I could not have a 2nd bag to separate my purchases, nor could I have a double bag. The bag ripped in the street at Onderdonk and Myrtle (as I predicted) and one of my candle jars broke. Bottom line: bring your own bags to shop here.

The store is very neat and is always fully stocked. The sales have been plentiful as of late and quality is excellent. I mainly shop at this store for hand soaps and body lotion but this year I tried their shower gels and candles and am very happy. Aot of their 2 fragrant candles come in 2 variants with one scent being stronger then the other in one candle and then vice versa in the other, I really like that. The employees are also really nice and always willing to help. My only complaint is that I wish they sold large candles. The biggest is 14.5oz and while good and well priced(when on sale) it be nice to see bigger candles like a certain other candle company sells. I also wished this location stayed opened passed 8pm, 9pm would be good. Other than that, no major complaints.

I had found this location while I was walking around in Ridgewood and this Bath & Body Works is great!! There is a huge selection of products to chose from and the store is big too. It’s also neat and organized. Can’t wait to go back!

I drive from Long Island in traffic to buy some stuff and they place is closed. I call and they said is open as well as here. Update your website.

Convenient and close buy but not that big and enough merchandise. As for using coupons my suggestion is print your coupons and bring them in because once you get to the cashier you will not be able to use your phone to show them the coupon because they same to block that area so that you will have to pay full price. It happened to me and when I moved away from the cashier I was able to see my coupon. Go figure.

So I went to this store and the register person told me that she have to ask if she can do the return!!!! so she did ask the manager and he said no only exchange. So I did spoke to him myself his name is Braulio and he told me that he can only do an exchange and not a return but I did have a receipt where it says and can do a return this manager have a really nasty actitud to be running this place he needs to take a training of have to treat his customers
