My husband and I LOVE PNA AUTOSPORT. We have been a customer of theirs for the past of 10 years. They are definitely our go to auto-toy spot. They take their time to help you find whatever you are looking to install in your car. And just in case youre not sure what you want they have a variety of toys in the store to browse from. Busy shop. Good customer dialogue. VERY POOR INSTALLATION SKILLS. Brought in my Lincoln Town Car for a Valet Switch and reprogramming of Fob. The price was right, personalities were great however damaged was done to my AC duct and my vent switch. In addition to that, my panel was damaged from behind and it caused problems with the deployment of my parking break. Again, Anthony was called and another appointment was made in an attempt to fix the problem but nothing was done. My advice to anyone is that this company, although seemingly very personable, has very poor mechanics or the installation of what they sell (radio, electronics etc. ) I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

No better place to bring your car when they treat it better than you would no only are the professionals in music but they do all other things remote start, tints, alarms, gps, blacked out chrome and lights your car becomes a showroom car after leaving this place music built and made to last superb knowledge and hey there’s a way to may your car better they know. Seeing the reviews on this place is honestly disappointing to me, in 2019 I had a Matte Black 1996 Honda Civic and I took it to PNA for tints, a subwoofer and a radio. They recommended me a radio and a sub that would sound great in my car at a great price and I have nothing bad to say about them. The price was definitely not steep, they definitely had patience for my thousands of questions. Honestly it was my first experience ever in a custom shop like this and it could never be better. Sometimes I pass by, see the sign and feel pure nostalgia knowing I was helped out by a bunch of professionals for my first car audio system. I would and do recommend them to anyone.

I learned with previous vehicles when you have to install electronics in your vehicle you need to go to a place that cares about what they do! PNA has been around for years. Reasonable pricing, great quality, excellent customer service. No need to shop around just give this place a visit.

Wanted to get remote start, but thankfully was able to change to window tints. I was told it was going to be ready in 2 hours, instead had to wait another hour outside, to get them done. Inside is tiny and no staff was wearing masks, even though Yelp says they do. I overheard one of the staff men make rude comments about their customer while other customers were present. Smh.

First off, lets talk about the people... OMG! Excellent service and very professional 👌🏽. The owner, Anthony was so down to earth and personable. He really made me feel comfortable. I loved his personality! It seemed like 1 big happy family because it was such a relaxing vibe. I went to have my car windows tinted. They estimated the process would take about 2 hours to complete but they were actually done in just about 1 hour. My tints are seamless! The back tint was put on in 1 piece, not 3 like other places. HUGE PLUS! The price wasnt too bad either. All in all, it was a great experience and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. You wont be disappointed!

Great place to get music in your car.

Ive had several things done at this place. My opinion is its not worth taking your car here. First off they overcharge you for the parts and service. Second if they dont do the job properly they give you the run around in hopes you will just forget about it.

I went to tint my windows and they did not do what I asked and they gave me my car with the upholstery all dirty from the soap they use for the tint

I had a dash cam installed four days later the front camera fell off the windshield. When I called to have it fixed I was told they were very busy, I explained it was hanging on the wires I was told to go in.. when I arrived the owner tried to use oversized white tape to reinstall it. I complained about how the tape should be black as the white tape was unappealing and not the correct tape. . He said I was picky and told me to go to pepboys to buy the black tape for them to install. . At that point a mechanic walked by and offered to properly reinstall the camera with his black tape. .

Got my stereo, alarm,tow kit and they even help with my car top luggage carrier. Nice guys though I do feel I should have gotten my first pick of stereo end up getting the more expensive one so it would be wireless but it wont work with my android phone(I was told it would). Couldve saved over $200.00 on the upgrade(I cant use).

Worse experience ever. Went in to get 1 thing fixed, came out with numerous new issues. They didnt want to fix the issues they caused without charging more and more money and now the one thing I went to get fixed still doesnt work properly. Dont go here, save your money.

Pretty great service, I had a rear end camera/stereo installed. The product was great but a few hours after installation the stereo wasn’t functioning, I took it back to the shop and they took care of it. Anthony, the boss, is very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

I made a return visit because of a concern I had with the signal strength of an antenna they set up for me some time ago...but I had no reason to be concerned with the treatment I received from Leo, Anthony, Eva and Angie in the office, or from Tony in the garage, because all were knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout my time there, and I was treated with decency and kindess like what any customer would hope to receive when doing business in an area (like car audio) that he/she isnt so familiar with.They are a pleasure to deal with whether by email or in person, much as they were during my original visit some two (2) years ago, and, if I have any further need for assistance with my car radio, Im glad to have people like those at PNA to go to because Im sure that I (or anyone) would get a fair deal in the end when all was said and done.

The first time I went they installed my tints. There were one or two tint bubbles that I couldnt get rid of but they are unnoticeable and five years later they still havent faded. Later on I came back to install a sound system and horn. Theyre a bit pricey here but they get the job done correctly and thats what I was looking for. I have no complaints

I do not recommend them. They installed remote start, the ubit wasnt working properly so they cut the wires didnt even cover them with electric tape. I dropped car to dealer and they had to charge me for replacing it because that was the problem!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I got my windows tinted and let me tell you they were done in a professional manner.I also got my HID lights installed in my Mercedes Benz C Class which I was told by others that it could not be done. But Leo at PNA Autosport got me the perfect compatible HID lights for my car. Very happy with work and the price.Highly recommended.

I have been going to PNA for over 25 years and always great service. I have had many cars done with many different projects from push bars, radios, alarms, lights. I even bought pagers back in the day :-). Anthony will always steer you right. He can make money by selling any old thing to you but he wants to make sure the job is done right and you are happy.There are a few negative reviews recently but I would suspect they are just jealous compilation.PNA will do you right.

This was a godsend that I found these guys.Great professional shop with guys that get it.I always say I would pay a bit more and travel a little farther for good customer service, and they provide this big time.They are not the cheapest guys around but not the most expensive either. Remember you get what you pay for.They never, through out the entire process, tried to upsell me. They gave me options based on what I wanted to achieve and even told me what not to overspend on as well.Got a good deal on equipment and install.New head unit, Metra dash kit, door speakers, sub in the trunk, and they even helped me with an issue I had with my ambient lighting in my door panels. They came up with a great idea to improve the intensity of the light and WOW, it looked great.While waiting I witnessed there interactions with other customers, new and old, and that is what made me decide to go with them.From cool talking Anthony up front, Stoic Leo backing him up, Serious Tony who actually did the install work (and man what a great job he did) to Reality Show Paulie, these guys were great to work with.Definitely will work with them again...as long as they still continue to get it...

Came here four years ago to get a Kenwood under the seat subwoofer installed on my Honda CR-V, after a year or so later went back wanted more! Had a JL Audio powered subwoofer installed, sounded much better, although both ran from the right speaker since my factory radio had no sub out, it needed to be adjust to run from my subwoofer out on my newly installed aftermarket radio it sounded even better and they adjusted it. Staff is very friendly and although it takes a bit of time to get everything installed the outcome is a better sound every time for my car, great place for car audio! Recently well last year updated my CR-V bulbs to HID and LED fogs did a great job very happy with the results. Love PNA !

I have to be honest after reading a particular review on this place, I was little hesitant to visit the PNA store; none the less have them work on my car. However, after my visit, and comletion of the job my outlook on PNA changed completely. I could not have been happier with the job well done by the professionals at PNA. Not only did they took their time to explain the details on the radio installation, but also provided me with the step by step instructions and updated as the job progressed. The installation required a special dashboard KIT, and PNA even helped me locate the proper one online. in conclusion the friendly staff, the owner, and highly trained professionals sold it for me. PNA Rocks !!!

Beware, Stay Away they are thief’s and price you out off the stomach they changed my item with a burned one and made me buy a new one from them that’s how they work. My car was vandalized by the sound squad the don’t know what they doing and they won’t let you stay and watch while vandalizing your car. My trunk door didn’t close properly neither the front door panel was properly installed. They don’t put back all screws and they are very sloppy.Stay away they’ll trash your car.

PNA Autosport has done work on 2 of my Dodge Chargers. On my 2007 Charger all they did was switch out my speakers and quickly discovered I had a blown channel on my radio. I never went back to get anything fixed on my 07 due to me no longer having the car. Once I got my 11 Charger, I remembered about the great service PNA provided. I immediately went back to them with no hesitation and talked to the staff regarding my vision for my car. Leo & Anthony welcomed me with gave great advise on how I should proceed. I mostly worked with Leo who took me step by step on upgrading my sound system, installing window tint and interior LEDs. Leo also calls to follow up on his installs and provides information for any questions you may have asked them to research. Their prices are very reasonable and realistic. Please dont go here expecting half ass installs because these guys go all out for their customers and sometimes, you may even get more than you paid for.

Was recommended by my Mechanic and my 2nd time here. I got my alarm system 2 yr ago and this yr I got my system done and I must say I had NO PROBLEM with them nor my alarm system. My music just got done and by far I Love it. I suggest ppl do their research on speakers YOURSELF and get their advice. Customer service was ok but not even. They always try to rip you off and over charge for everything.. they always try to impulse buy you, and then over charge. The owner has a bad attitude like a little school girl. As a first time customer they tried to be thieves, but I left on time. Never again am I coming back..

Management is SUPERB! If there were any issues that came about on the services they provided, management always managed to resolved promptly.

These guys are theives dont go here the guys who put in my radio damaged my interior and the guy Anthony said it was because the weather was hot.All they did was throw some black paint on the dashboard they also installed a different cheaper model radio then the one we agreed on. A+ for customer serivce and follow ups. 🤗Original Post:So I tried, really hard to not give this place a bad review but! Ive got too. Sooo Let me start with this, I came here with the intent of getting a functioning radio that would work with waze and bluetooth etc and would connect to my andriod phone....what I got was a brick that cost more than $1000.00 completely over priced. The radio which is pioneer x49000 does NOTHING, it cant mirror link, I cant set the HD radio for specific channels the camera setting are all over the place, im sure its because they didnt set it up correctly. Now lets get to the instalation, I had to return the next day because my dash board wasnt put back completely and it came apart in the car. I went back the guy just banged his hands on the side until it didnt move. If i could take a picture as to what it looks like right now smh, it was a horrible bootleg job. its still not put back correctly. On top of that they wanted an EXTRA $100 to connect my steering wheel back to the readio, a function that was ALREADY THERE untill they disconnected it. They ripped me off, the guy name is LEO and Anthony is the owner. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

Aljenis - BMW z4!First off let me say.. PNA saved me a bunch of money by getting my lights done there than at BMW!BMW was charging me 500$ just to find out what was wrong with my headlight! So I went to PNA...Leo is your go to guy, Once you come in you are greeted by Leo and is willing to hear you out what you need for your car! He knows what he is talking about and what he is doing! HE ALWAYS has a solution.One of my headlights went out and leo sent the car to the back to find what was wrong. 30 minutes later it turns out one of my ballast went bad. Leo explained to me what needed to be done, how and parts needed and pricing. He did not pressure me one bit (I hate being pressured)!I was happy and I told him I will be in the next day.Next day, I spent half a day in there waiting area waiting for my car to get done(By the way the guys back there did a great job). But, when the job was almost done. I had forgotten to tell Leo to also put in a bulb that went out in the headlight turning signal section since bumper was off that was easy. But they did not have that bulb in stock. (pep boys is across the street and didnt have it in stock). He searched his entire place for this bulb and nothing.......(rare bmws bulb)This is where EVAAA comes into save the day. (She usually sits straight ahead in the back from the front entrance). She mentioned that there is a bmw service center not to far and she gave me the number to there. I called and asked if they had the bulb in stock and they did. Now i would have to go walk or take a cab to this service center because my car is in the back of PNA with the bumper completely off... But no, EVA To the save the day! She offered to drive me to the Service center 10 minutes away and I was able to get the bulb! Thank you again for that EVA!So all in all, PNA customer service is 5 star!! Work 5 star!! The workers in the back are all professional and know what they are doing!! Thank you for all your help and hard work!See you soon for future work on my next car !
