Manager and employee have nasty attitudes as they simply dont care for the customers. The guy with the glasses and tats is really cool despite the fact that his coworkers are a disgrace to human society.

Terrible customer service. The manager and employee gave distgusting attitudes to people standing in line. The employee with the two tone hair and glasses gave remarks in such a nasty attitude to the people standing in line. The disrespect towards their customers is disgraceful. Not to mention the manager who stepped in and made the situation even worst.

They did not have much to offer, yet the staff was awesome and as helpful as they could be . actually i left a few receipts, and they are holding them for us . so thoughtful and resourceful as they knew where to look to call us. Always good to see workers who are helpful and have common sense.

If you are a hard core gamer this particular GS location may work for you! but if your not youre going to be in a world of hurt. Come prepared do your research on type of game you want, Dont rely on the help they have very little to no knowledge on game info! As for moving around room This site is about as big as a tool shed! And there is no parking. Good luck!!!

Picked up a few games for my daughter for Christmas I was a little disappointed in the selection and had to buy 1 of the games used and have the other shipped to me after Christmas since it was no longer in stock.

Staff are great people and make visiting very enjoyable

David is a huge help and great conversationalist. There is always variety at this store. Lines can get crazy when a new game is out, but that is to be expected. The staff knows how to work the line and keep everything flowing.

Not a lot of people so you can shop quicker but a lot of games (as usual)

I love the fact that there’s a GameStop nearby, please don’t ever go.

Right off Myrtle, so parking can be a pain but its easy to find. Staff is friendly and quite helpful but be aware, I have shown up on a weekend to find a descent sized line. (Only really 20 min but still was surprised and had to go out to put more money into my parking meter). Watch out, those NYC parking cops dont mess around.

They actually answer their phone and know what theyre talking about. And the staff is nice even when they are super busy. Despite being farther away, this is probably my favorite one in my area.

I try to buy a steam wallet card, but You guys tell me I can only use e-gift cards on your website only (Despite the website saying I can use these in store, aswell as instructions for the clerk how to redeem and use the digital currency). I goto the website online since they tell me I can get the code emailed to me, but the website says online codes are out Of stock and I need to buy them in store..? I appreciate the staff being kind though, everyone there was polite. Just unfortunate these policies make it hard to do business with gift cards at times.

Dude who was behind counter today deserves a raise. I watched him help a mother of a 14 year old autistic boy with video game selection that would be engaging for him. Took the time and had the patience that went far beyond his every day duties......TL;DR VERSION10/10Will be back again

The ladies that helped me when I went in were really cool and nice. I was trading in and my ID just expired, but she let me slide that one time. I usually stop to see what pop figures and collectibles they have. Pretty chill store.

For a Game Stop it is pretty good. They have a lot of games in stock though the store is somewhat cramped.

Worst ever, they should fire everyone in that place, they are so rude and nasty with people. They dont even care about the sales they make they just want everyone to get out of the place. Game stop should hire a whole new team for the game stop on myrtle ave because these people now in there are making many people stop purchasing products from this store and traveling to another. Just so they wont deal with the disrespectful attitudes( especially this two toned hair ).

I bought a Pokémon game there for ten 12 dollars, put in the code to my 3ds and it didn’t work, I tried many things, I wouldn’t go to any game stop, dosent have anything that you ask and they force you to get a GameStop card

An OK game store. They dont have much honestly. Went there for a few nintendo switch games and they referred me to other locations. Long slow lines and Prices are high for used games as well. Its meh

This place is not helpful claim to always be busy never picks up there phone one employee there with a nasty attitude .I went to the game stop closer to my job had WWE pre-ordered and wanted to cancel that they wouldnt do it cause they clame to not having a free register thats always there excuse over the phone and when I ask questions they always put me on hold .they need to learn more customers service and more helpful to there customers
