Troast has helped me with my hearing aids for several years and has always been prompt, courteous, and professional. I like the personalized feeling I get when I go in; they ask about my family and how we are doing…it’s a nice environment and a business that I feel good about patronizing! The last time I was in they took the time to show me another option for my hearing loss, the Caption Phone. Prior to that I was unaware that this government-funded program existed. I had the phone installed and it’s been a huge help!! I will certainly continue to give Troast my business.

Debbie was very Thorough and explained each detail to me prior and when I was done she didn’t push for me too buy a hearing aid just follow up. The office was clean and brightly lite.

The woman doing initial test was nice and friendly. The man sales representative tried to push me into a hearing aid and said my score was ‘nearly deaf.’ Astounded at such a comment and rating since I hear pretty well in general life circumstances, I followed up with the AARP hearing test. They determined I’m “within normal range!” The Troast discrepancy is quite disconcerting.
