Tiara helped us pick out a great new set, and listened to our wants and needs rather than push us into something we werent looking for. They are incredibly understaffed right now, but that not deter them from greeting and helping all the customers in a timely fashion. The staff is great!If youre in Rincon, I highly recommend checking them out.

Be careful with ordering furniture here.I regret ordering my stuff here. Couch arrived and I felt all the wood and some nails sticking out at certain places. I went to ask about the ottoman because I felt mainly wood and lack of stuffing.A lady snapped at me saying an ottoman was for legs yet even my dogs wouldnt and wont lay on it. After I tried to complain of its discomfort on my legs. I had only asked during my first payment, after that; Ive been scared to speak up again.I only went to this place because it was recommended.I can feel nails sticking out and the arm rest is all wood. I have a 20lbs dog and yet a piece of woodBroke In under 6 months. He doesnt even jump on the couch, I have to pick him up.If you have kids, stay away or else theyll get hurt. Im never going back again. The quality isnt that great. Although some employees are super nice and friendly. Just beware.

Do not use this business. Customer service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Still want to charge a delivery fee when my order is damaged and could not find half my order when I went to pick up. Go to a furniture store that cares about customers 1st instead of sales.

Worst experience ever. Paid 800.00 cash for a twin with trundle bed. Paid an extra 40 for warranty. The bed came in with cracked pieces that they refused to replace. I got the bed delivered on November 2,2020. By January 7th, 2021the trundle fell apart. Even with the warranty they refuse to help me. Worst 800 dollars I ever spent!! Save your money and buy your furniture elsewhere.

WARNING !!! People BEWARE Of THIS STORE . Giving 1 star is being generous. Went to store . Picked out a piece of furniture. WAS TOLD that if they deliver it would be LONGER to get it . If I come pick it up, could get it earlier. I PAID FOR IT on the spot . WAITED until the day to go pick it up. THEN I WAS TOLD : we told you it was on back order . THEY ACTUALLY LIED TO ME IN MY FACE !!!!!! They NEVER did that. Then was told, we don’t know when it will come in . I am currently waiting on my fourth, fifth or maybe sixth couch. I have been dealing with this since July of 2020. It is now August 28 and the owner of Farmers Furniture in Rincon CONTINUES to avoid my phone call...Hmmmm...Here I am with a $1199,00 couch that the frame is bent on and ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Should have listened to my husband when he said that he delt with them before and never would again!!! But noooo had to have it! 😳😩

When we went in last year to purchase a riding lawn mower, they were extremely nice, had payments for a year, when we were trying to do the 6 months plan but they talked us into the year plan, low and behold we fell into financial issues not too long ago, never missed and was late maybe once in the entire 10 months of perfect payments, as far as rent to own places should be concerned. Now when they call after we have explained the situation, and we’re obviously going to pay, but can’t be specific, they’re just the most rude people we’ve ever had to deal with in a situation like this, we will never come back, and we will never recommend this location, I can’t speak for all, but as far as this one goes, we will turn people away if they ever ask us our opinion on this location.

The one star is for the decent pricing of the items. My family encountered the worst customer service ever from this business. The first encounter was the poor greeting from one of the sales representatives and then it moved to the actual pickup of furniture at the loading dock. One of the sales representatives which happened to be a male with the beard had the nerve to tell me that he couldnt help me load the furniture because he stated that his supervisor told him that he couldnt help me. If you want to buy furniture please think twice about shopping at this establishment.

Its not that i dislike the place. I think if you buy furnture and live not far from the store within the city limit no less you shouldnt have to pay a delivery fee.

I won’t give a lot of details but just know this place is a ripoff. Go somewhere else. An absolute ripoff. Crooks. Do what You want but you will thank me later for the heads up.

Heard great things, was not impressed... Customer service was lacking, the associate spent more time telling me what her old job had then what Farmers had to offer. Trying to get information on an item was pain staking. Unfortunately for them, I left and went somewhere else. I hope this gets straightened out for them, theres always a click of a button with free delivery.

This is my second TV, IVE GOTTEN from them, as the first one went out and was still under warranty and Farmers stood behind their Warranty and replaced the old TV with a brand New TV, just like the first one. We just bought a couch and two office chairs. They were very helpful in the store with questions. The only thing I didnt like was the long process of filling out the paperwork. We just got our delivery. Everything was perfect. Went off without a hitch! The delivery guys were courteous and quick. Very respectful! Thanks Farmers! We will shop here in the future I am certain.

My husband and I just paid off our $2500 account earlier this month. We go in today to see about getting a gun safe. He comes home, gets the paperwork needed, and goes back to do the paperwork. They were extremely rude and gave him a hard time about the paperwork that we have previously used for our wrap-around couch, stove, and dining room table. Needless to say, he told her to give him his stuff back and walked out. I would not recommend going there. No one deserves to be talked to and treated like an idiot and like they are below anyone. This new management sucks. They have completely lost our business.

Sales person was nice however once completing the entire application “picking a duck” for the sale and then getting ready to pay. They let us know that the couch is on back order and that we could take the floor display. However, no discount what so ever. Then we say okay to that and ask if they can take it off the floor as to not be damaged and they say no. So then we say okay not so sure about this and the sales guy says “Oh wait let me see if my manager will hold this price and you can think on it and let us know. We have done it in the past”. He goes to check and they say no AGAIN. Also, did I mention that they said oh well you may want to get the warranty since it will be on the floor in case anything happens. Terrible customer service and unwilling to do anything to resolve issues. Walked out and won’t be back. We have always used Farmers but won’t be any more.

I ordered a new mattress on a Monday. It came in the following Friday, only to find out once I got it home it was the wrong size. I took the mattress back where they then claimed it was the correct size (I had to google a full vs. a queen for them). They said they would re- order a new one Monday morning and it would be here Wednesday. Come Wednesday surprisingly the mattress wasnt there. Come Friday it still wasnt there. Now they claim that it will be here Monday. Which is a total of 2 weeks for just a queen mattress and the warehouse is in Dublin GA. The customer service (management) SUCKS! Learn from my mistake and dont even go here!

I ordered a table for my kitchen. They told me it would be almost 90.00 for delivery and I live literally across the street. So hubby and I went after work to pick up the items. I didnt know that my husband would have to go into their warehouse and bring the items to the dock. I wonder if he had gotten hurt if their worker comp would have covered him? Seriously wanted to buy a couch from there, but changed my mind after he had to do all the work at their warehouse. I am extremely upset at this treatment.

I visited the store Thursday and saw a clearanced item that fit what I needed. I filled the application out online after talking with my husband about getting the item. 3 days later and I have yet to receive a call about the application. I have called myself to inquire, only to find out we were approved but the manager had the application.🙄 The sale is now off and watch they call Monday to sell me the furniture.

This place is full of disrespectful customer service white women who think they are above everyone. Do not purchase anything from this store. Customer Service is terrible.

Ordered a lot of furniture from them back on Feb 20th. Sofa came in tore, however they took a % off. Fireplace made a loud noise, was told part would be order to replace the insert. Here it is 3/20 a whole month later still have not received the replacement. Just called and was told whenever it comes it I will get a call. Other than this setback I really love the furniture so far. And if you do go in ask for Courtney she is amazing!!

The lil redhead chick flirted with my husband he came in to purchase a mattress and she was basically laying in front of him with a short dress on looking like a hoochie I will never buy anything from there and she should get written up or fired she said bye to him but didn’t even speak to me I was so livid I almost caused a scene very unprofessional and inappropriate and she better been glad I had my child with me I’m still livid about that they need classy

The GM of this store is RUDE and arrogant. Do yourself a favor and go to another store!!! I have contacted coporate to let them listen to her conversation, she needs to be replaced immediately!!!

The manager at the Rincon store is the most unprofessional, rude lady I have ever met! Drive a little further to another store because if there is ever an issue she will not help nor will she work with you. One thing she will do is threaten you!
