Took 10 minutes for someone to help me, until someone I assume isnt sales came up and asked me if someone helped me. Then a guy comes up, brings me my battery out, I give him cash and ask for a reciept. He takes 20 minutes from there and finally comes back. This isnt an employee issue, its poor managment or low on staff.

Quick and fast service! I was able to walk up and get the exact battery I needed and they offered to install it for me even though I didnt ask!! They still have me my bock back for returning the core of the old one even though it was 2 weeks later! The battery runs great!

I have always got my batteries from interstate because they have the best prices and back up any battery they sell. Which I must say Ive never had to use.

The staff here is phenomenal. The last two times Ive visited, Ive worked with Grayson. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and cars they belong to. While Walmart may have a slightly better price, the warranty is much better from Interstate. 5 stars for great customer service and warranty.

Sold me a battery that could not fully charge on my battery tender. Then 3 guys argued with me and made me feel a little uncomfortable about returning it. Said they cant take it back because they cant resell it. Then they finally decided too. Then a guy refunding me at the register told me Im not using my battery tender right. Then said he will just resell the battery. I probably had a resold battery.
