Tried to shop here on Saturday evening. Almost no refrigerated food and what there was I decided not to trust. Employees pushing carts while looking at their phones with no concern for customers. No carts inside while all the racks outside were overflowing and carts left all over the parking lot. LAZY customers! Youve just pushed your cart loaded with merchandise all over the store and you cant walk another 20 feet to put your cart away?! No, because the thing to do is leave it in a parking spot so someone else has to move it just to be able to park. This store has management issues. As in management doesnt know how to manage.

This is how my brand new barn door tv stand came to my house today through fedex. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pretty good Walmart, employees tend to typically be pretty helpful. Peace and selection of items, nothing like a Florida Walmart when it has some everything under the sun. Be prepared to do self-checkout, but at Walmart its a whole lot easier than at Kroger.

Had left two items at checkout. Someone took water bottle left product to kill fleas on cats. Girl at service desk was very helpful and let me find similar bottle and returned cat product and cup. She was very helpful and courteous. Great response since I had twiced many times to contact Walmart and never got to anyone to hear my need.

This is a nice Wal-Mart. Usually pretty friendly and the lines are typically manageable. I was going to rate it 4/5 due to them often being either out of stock or with their front-end not stocked with items fairly often, but Ive had a lot of excellent experiences with their pharmacy, which honestly made the difference for me.

Good selection, clean store(except for old floors), and actual nice staff. Almost makes me want to move to Rincon as people in Savannah are so nasty.

Walmart is, well, Walmart. A place where we all expect to get our things on the low-low. And there steady and dependable. As a small business owner I know thats not a very easy feat. Heres hats off to having prices just about as low as I can find them every time. Kudos Walmart.

Great garden center, were not many employees around the day I went so finding help was challenging

This is for the Vision Center. Excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didnt give 5 Stars is because they didnt have the best set of frames to choose from.

Smaller walmart but so far has had everything I needes

First time going since the bans have been lifted and hours were a bit more normal. I went as soon as they opened, to not be around so many people, and it was nice. The shelves were a bit bare, but that seems the normal nowadays. Staff was great and helped me look for an item that ended up not being in the right spot. Very clean and the vendors stocking were pleasant as well. Like normal I veered from the list and got a few extra items that were on great sales (think normal 12.97 and sale at 4.98). I will go back, as this walmart is close and normally has what I need, but shopping early is great if you dont like or cant deal with crowds.

Our Rincon ga walmart is ok. Dont have nearly as much as ones around us. Such as the locations in Bluffton SC along 278 and as well as the Pooler ga walmart. Ours could do better.

Great deals and a nice place to shop and they seem to have everything they you are looking for.

If I could give this walmart a zero, I would! NEVER BUY QNY OF THEIRPRODUCE. I have purchased several boxes of cut watermelon. All of the dates for expiration were marked several days out. The very next day, Id go to eat it and it was spoiled! Now an entire bag of potatoes is bad less than a week after purchase. Also this store is NEVER RELIABLY STOCKED!

Even before Covid this Walmart hasnt been well stocked. Now its pointless in even going. I drive to another town to go to a different Walmart. One that is stocked. Dont dare ask for help from anyone in the electronic department because you will be interrupting their conversations which each other. Theyll roll their eyes at you for daring to ask them a question. No food, no supplies, no service.

The shopping experience is great, but the customer service is.....well..different.

I dont even want to give this store 1 star but I had to in order to tell people do not buy rotisserie chickens from this store. The are not cooked fully!

I like the fair prices for home decor and food. However, every Walmart Ive gone to in my town and even outside of state.... Wal-Marts are notorious for poor customer service. I went to the Walmart on Prospect Ave in Champaign. There was a group of 5-6 of them unloading boxes in home decor. I asked them what direction to go for indoor rugs. ALL of them had no idea and one even said they dont think they carried indoor rugs... so I had to look on my own and I found a whole isle of rugs that was only 20ft away from the group. Wal-Mart, please better invest in training and dont let large groups treat a customer like how I was. I think they didnt care about helping. Thats all I have to say. I still shop there, but I never ask for help because its pointless. Absolutely pointless.

Worse lines ever. Just make the entire store self checkout so that we can as customers, check out with speed. 2 cashiers and 5000 customers is not going to work. I am exaggerating but the customer to cashier ratio is horrible and that is pre-pandemic so were not making excuses on shortage of employees.

What else is there really to say about a Walmart. Ive yet to be in one thats exceptional.

This store is waaaaaaay better than the Pooler Walmart. Their shelves are well stocked. Very nice employees. And they have more than one register open!!!!!! You get out much faster than the Pooler Walmart.

Always shop Walmart. This Walmart needs to be stocked as do all of the Walmart. But I was able to find something to work for what I needed.

Upon coming back from the ATM, sadly, my daughter was being accused of stealing a pack of pads.😕 The employee emphatically knew and wanted to tell us that my daughter only scanned 3 packs, but had 4packs in the bag. After showing the employee (TWICE )that each pack was scanned. She mumbles, my bad, and shuffles off.I left all my stuff there; we have no need to steal ANYTHING from Wal-Mart, but since you think we ARE stealing....keep it all. I appreciate her lack of training, it allowed me to showmy girls that you shouldnt acuse when you arent sure.

Trashy is the best word to describe this Wal-Mart. The employees that are supoosed to be stocking the empty shelves are facetiming their children, there is not a register with a human being working it and and the store is run down and trashy.

Its Walmart... we are there for optical center and pharmacy mostly. The vision center is just ok. I ordered glasses almost 2 months ago and Im still waiting for my lenses. I had to reorder twice. Not very happy about that!

I recently bought a $200 electronic item and decided a $16.00 protection plan was well worth the extra money. I had to download the walmart app to upload a receipt but it would not scan the barcode. there is no QR code on my receipt and no way to enter the information manually. I also tried to take the survey but due to the poor print quality, I cannot read the alpha-numeric survey code. Absolute FAIL!

The cashier was very rude, no common courtesy practices. Your salary is paid by customers shopping at this location, customers wont return to a business that isnt pleasant to shop in.

Walmart is always a mess BUT the one in rincon had the best customer service out of the Walmart’s in the Chatham /Effingham area God Loves you and God Bless

Helpful knowledgeable Pharmacist; helpful knowledgeable lady at the self checkout I used also. Rincon Walmart is great!However....😠, I was in Pooler ga store yesterday. Totally different experience. Self checkout had no notice that it was a card only. Had to go stand in long return line to receive my change. After Id been there a while, lady there said self register I used DID SO show it was card only. Lady (at self checkout) whod told me I had to get my change was up there working by then & told her no, it doesnt. Its keeps tearing up so they switched it to card only with NO NOTICE. Woman in the office took her dear old time getting my change to me. Guessed she didnt think she should be bothered. 3rd time the clerk went to ask about it I saw a grinning manager getting up in the office from chair. Maybe chit-chat was more important than a 75 year old suffering from a psoriatic arthritis bout whod been waiting over 25 minutes. My chronically ill husband finally had to go to the car & turn on the air conditioner.I dont care to ever go back to that shoddily run store.

Tonight 7/19/2021 at 20:35 I was discriminated against by a member of management at customer service. When I arrived at the front door a sales associate told me that the service desk was being ran by a member of management and she advised me to go on. As soon as I turned the corner he told me that they were closed but he was clearly helping another customer with her return but for some reason he denied me service. So, instead of making a scene I respectfully left and I was so upset that I didnt even get his name to report him to his superiors. He was the manager working service department on 7/19/2021 at 20:35. Sadly Im a shareholder in the company, not that shareholders deserve better treatment, I didnt know that this was the type of company that I was invested in. Hopefully someone that makes decisions reads this and checks the cameras and can see who he is and hands down some disciplinary action. Discrimination shouldnt be allowed in Walmart or any other establishment. Update- Ive found out his first name and its Scott.

Walmart is Walmart! If you cant find it anywhere else...Walmart typically has it. This location is normally clean and organized. And from time to time you can actually find an associate to help.

Id forgotten WalMart *could* be a place where you get enthusiastic and engaged service. Keep it up!

Just another day at Wally world, if there was any other store around that would be the last place I go their employees are hateful and nasty, not to me but to customer in front of use. its always got long lines have to register as a credit card or debit cards only very few with cash and then its all self-serve maybe one cashier always takes to long to get out of there I hate that place.We need a kmart super center.,_

Parked by the garden center to avoid the rush at the entrance. When we went to check out there we were told the register was closed and go to the front. Left the items behind as they werent worth the hassle to go to the front.

My sister is a type 1 diabetic. I was recently in town visiting with her and the rest of my family. I accompanied my sister to this location because she was out of her syringes for her insulin and we also needed to pick up some grocery items. The pharmacy employees were extremely unprofessional while dealing with helping my sister. She had her insulin, prescription, and the bag that her previous syringes came in, to show that she needed them. The lady at the register immediately changed her demeanor and walked away once my sister explained what she needed. They talked to her from the back of the pharmacy and made it awkward like she was there to misuse the syringes even though she is in their system for her insulin prescriptions!! They lied several times. First they had no syringes at all. Then they had some, but they didn’t have measurements on them. After a scene and several minutes of stumbling over their lies, guess what? They sold her a pack of syringes with measurements! It’s bad enough being a diabetic, but then having to deal with being treated like a junkie in front of other customers when you clearly have your bottles of insulin, prescriptions, and meter there to show for it. Shame! This has bothered me even after I’ve returned home and I will be contacting Walmart to inform them about the treatment that my sister received!

I was able to get in and out. Got 5 of my nieces clothes for under $100.

I had no issues at this facility. Found everything I needed and was able to do self check out quickly.

The reason behind is one star to maybe no star review it’s because their service sucks when it comes in a pick up order online. Hi just went there today to try and pick up my groceries from the pick up and no one was answering the phone. Very poor customer service! Waited over 10 minutes at the fabric desk for the clerk to return. I was told by another employee, after a couple of minutes, that she had just stepped away and would be right back. No one came. Called the customer service desk at the store and no answer for a couple of minutes. Left the fabric on the cutting table and walked to the front to customer service. One employee there and she basically said she had merchandise from buggies to put up and she couldnt do that and answer the phone. She offered a manager and I refused. I did not feel like that would help at that point in time. THIS is why I dont go to Walmart. In the store for some 25 minutes and it was a wasted trip! Time saver? Not!

Usually low or out of stock. The employees that are doing the shopping for p useem to always set theircart in the middle of the aisle. Very hard to shop.Worked for WM for 10 yearsand staying out of the way of the shoppers. Also being helpful to the shopper.Boy things have changed.I now shop across the street at Krogers. I may pay more, but usually not due tosales. Neat clear and helpful.Also not dirty.

I had put a bike on layway pd.it OFF .then returned it. They only gave back to me price of bike 174.00. I pd. With taxes i pd. 186.00. So watch when you return stuff. They had no right keeping my tax money I pd. So manager did give me back all of the monies.

The free assembly brand that they sell is cute but the sizes are a total shame a 16 fits like a 10? And the 3xl shirts fit like a 1x their sizing is a total misconception of size

Femal Employees at the subway restaurant in the front of the store, were talking very loud and cursing/using profanities in front of children and others. No one even said anything, even though Walmart employees were in between me and subway. Very vulgar and unprofessional. Walmart itself was fine.

They had everything we wanted even though it is the end of the week.
