AMAZING! Our experience was phenomenal. We arrived at the shop on our final day of vacation, in need of souvenirs. The shop was closed, but the owner graciously opened the store long enough for us to shop! There is something there for everyone. We bought souvenirs for the entire family, plus a beautifully painted wooden piece for our anniversary, and he even threw in several extra items at no charge to thank us for our patronage. What an incredible shop! We cant wait to return there on our next trip to Rincon.

What a cool store! They had a little bit of everything. T-shirts, local art, and lots o souvenirs that said Rincon. They had far more that I wanted to buy then I could. Lots of inexpensive items for friends/family and pricier items that were just AWESOME! Check it out if you go to Rincon. They have things there that I did not find in any other souvenir shops in Puerto Rico.

I purchased an item and was promised in a timely fashion. After 10 days of no item and no explanation I called to find out the item was available at the time of purchase. The owner them told me he would compensate me for the problem with an extra gift along with the original item. I received my item with no extra gift. He called me and said hed send it in a few days thats he was sorry. Its been almost 3 weeks sense and still waiting. I wouldnt recommend shopping here to anyone VERY disappointed and VERY poor service.

Its a nice store its has very good prices and cool t-shirts and the staff are awesome and very kind and helped me when I was looking for souvenirs . I cant wait go to Puerto Rico to buy more stuff here great place to get gifts.

Went Thursday when we were in the area. Arrived at 3pm and the store was closed up and lights off. Had 2 hours till closing time. Ended up shopping else where for our souvenirs. We had to go back the San Juan that night.
