Neoden USA is a fantastic team to work with. Great products and fantastic support. Our audio company has been pleased with the Neoden8 machine. Weve been using it for prototyping, low/mid volume production and new product ramps. The IN12 was exactly what we needed for our small production line. It has excelled at everything we’ve pushed through it, including large 6-layer boards using lead free solder. Very impressed, a great partner for our Neoden8 machine!

Great communication, packaging and products! Although there were some delays in shipping (due to weather related events and not at all a fault of Neoden USA), we were always kept in the loop and they offered us multiple options to get a IN6 sooner. Im the Project Manager on an ISS Payload. We have a small team of a half dozen EEs and Biologists, plus a Physicist, a Mech E, and a Machinist. We needed a compact, capable, reliable oven to fab our custom boards. We design, test, and iterate on a short 2 week time scale - all in-house as we drive to optimize the payload and meet Nasa deadlines many months before launch. When our older oven failed, Joseph at NeoDen stepped in to air freight an oven to us. While many in the sector were back-ordered by several months, Neoden helped save our Launch schedule.
