Either incompetent or a lair. Either way hes angry and unprofessional. I came in and he gave me an estimate based on the dimensions of HIS box that HE sold me to ship a bike. He sold me the box for $20.00. When I returned with the box (which was even underweight) he wanted charge me DOUBLE. (Over $150 vs around $70 that he quoted me) He said there was nothing he could do because it was based the dimesions and what was in the system. I reminded him that it was his box and he put in the dimesions yesterday. I wanted him to honor his estimate or at least come close. He then proceeded to swear at me (I admit I returned a few myself) and tell me about how he needs to pay the bills. He ended by telling me to get the f*** out and to not let the door hit my a** on the way out.I can see why this man is having trouble paying the bills when he treats his customers this way.
