Took my car to R&R Collision for some minor body work. Got home, opened the hood and the first thing I noticed were 2 screws that hold a metal plate 3/4 out . An Aluminum plate with the word Performance( its a Special Edition Sports Car) was stolen.3 days before I picked up my car, the insurance company called me to let me know that the shop wanted to charge them an extra $1500 .I had to pay the $1500 out of my pocket in order to get my car released back to me.Beware of R&R, if they left 2 screws out right in front of my eyes, I can only imagine what they did to the parts I cant see!!!Next time we meet its not going to be by accident, its going to be in court!!

Passenger rear window broken. Had window ordered on Monday and was replaced Wednesday. They informed me about window options and what was best recommended for my vehicle. Rush service in replacing the window 2 to 3 hrs after vehicle was dropped off. I have used their services multiple times and always happy with end results. Recommended 100 %!!

Went to pick-up a car

The first time I took my car here was back in 2009. I was extremely pleased with the job they did. I had taken it to Pueblos tires in Mission and they did a wheel alignment then I took it back because my car was the same. Then they told me that the problem was not the wheel that it was something else and they showed me what had to be done. I was disappointed because they should have checked it and made sure it wasnt the wheel alignment that needed to be done. So I took it to another shop located in Midway. And the guy there kept my car for about 2weeks and never called me until I got tired of waiting and just went to pick up my car. Bu this time I was a bit frustrated. Finally I took it to R&R and the staff were extremely friendly. The man I spoke to made me feel like this time my car would get fixed and it did!!!!! I havent had the same problem ever since.

I went yesterday and not even 15 mins I had my quote and a great price none the less I was expecting a lot more I didnt even go to anyone else for a 2nd opinion already faxed paperwork to other parties insurance and in a couple of days my car will be in perfect condition again tysm R&R COLLISION
