Terrible, I do not recommend, if you seriously consider them you are really setting yourself up for a great loss of time and money.

Workers do not wear masks consistently while interacting with customers, as a business they do not stick to their words, system installations are not that great, warranty is really needed.

They tell you yes over the phone but once you show up they are rude and tell you no after made sure not once not 2 times but 3 times!!! And they kept saying yes

I have taken all my vehicles here to have tint installed and each time they have done an OUTSTANDING job...

Never will i go to Rio Sound again!Purshed some wheels and it took forever to get them.A friend of mine was working there and told me my wheels and tires had arrived 2 days ago.Marcos( the owner did not call me).My friend told Marcos to call me so that i could pick up my wheels and tires.To make matters worse, i was given USED lug nuts.Marcos told me he was going to order them and that he was going to call me when they arrived.That was over 4 months ago! I never got my new lug nuts and i payied $3200 for the wheels.If anybody needs anthing from speakers to tint, make the trip to oscers soundwaves.You will save a bunch of money and they treat you right.Marcos from Rio Sound has always been a thief. His prices are ridiculas on everything!
