I went there to print colored copies, they said it would take 30 minutes to resize images. I returned after 30 minutes. They said it would take another 30 minutes to print. I asked for my USB back, they said they wouldnt return it until I paid for the resizing of copies that were never printed.

Ordered aprons to be embroidered, Miguel & staff came thru from one day to the next. The owner personally took the time to ensure the order was correct taken and also had staff stay after regular hours to complete the order. The aprons was embroidered with our team logo. The sticking was perfect. They really went above and beyond to help us out on such short notice.

When it comes to signs, posters, or anything like that. Order ahead of time and I mean way ahead of time. They promise certain day and even days later still havent started on orders. I kept myself anonymous because I HAVE to do business with them, (no one else does those jobs locally). Very disorganized, no one knows anything... and its happened on numerous occasions . Learn how to keep track of your orders and dont make promises you cant keep.
