Great selection of food. Nice products

Probably one of the worst place in regards to curbside pick up. I gave it a year for it to get approve and still takes over an hour to get a few items and things are always missing because H‑E‑B can’t figure out a system to show things in stock or the ability to cancel orders. Even Walmart honors their pick up time pretty much on point.

This female tried to blame heb customer service for an incident which she blames heb COULDVE had better service because an eldery man bumped into her while waiting on line and pregnant in My view heb customer service had nothing to be blamed of so hope this review helps and dont let customers try to TAKE advantage by suing the store for making the store feel RESPONSIBLE WHEN NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT SHE POST IT ON FACEBOOK AND NOT RECOMMENDING THE STORE FOR THE INCIDENT THAT AN ELDERY PERSON HAD WITH HER WHILE BEING ON THE ELÉCTRIC SHOPPING CART. HER MADNESS WAS THAT NO ONE APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED HER A CHAIR SO SHE WANTS TO MAKE HEB LOOK LIKE A HORRIBLE SHOPPING PLACE TO GO HUMM NO THATS NOT RIGHT .

Every time I go I have to bag the goods myself, then having workers fully capable of bagging the items right there and not doing their job just adds more to the frustration. Hire capable people, not teenagers that don’t know what to do.

They always have fast and friendly service. Everything is restocked frequently in aesthetically pleasing way. Their low prices and coupons will have you making this store your #1 option for every aspect of your life.

This heb is nicer then the one I live next to. I went for a rotisserie chicken and did not find any. And did not see the southwest tortillas. I did see home made corn tortillas warm in the cooler. The last time I was here, I was told a mask was not mandatory just highly encouraged. Today the employee out front and security guard said I have to wear one. I would like to know what is what. I know the heb by my house, I do not have to.

I really enjoy buying groceries at HEB. The coupons are really helpful and also the sales.🤗👍

Every time I go to HEB I find everything I need. Employees very friendly. Sometimes I forget to give yellow coupons so I pay full price. We elderly forget.

Loved it today, very little people this morning and better for me and i am also glad i made my early shopping due to this virus... Intercom announcements were advising us on social distancing and the proper use of our masks and to avoid touching out faces...And the best customer service ever cashier Valerie was super polite, she greeted me as i was placing my foods down and also as i was leaving she says have a great day and hope to see you again.. They carry several items Walmart cant seem to keep in stock and have a much better selection of ice creams.However, I was disappointed at the selection and quality of the deli items. Smaller grocery stores in the area do a better job in quality.

Every trip I make to the grocery store I have to keep watch on how the CSAs bag my groceries. I have spoken with the managers and complained because of the my groceries are sacked. Today I let the bagger do his job and this is the end result. How is this EVER acceptable! So disappointed!

Even though I love this app and the fact that you dont have to get down I am a little disappointed with the fact that Im ways missing one or two things.

Everything was in order and they had someone directing check out very effectively, so got in and out fairly quick

This place in Rio Grande is awesome sauce. When you need to go to the store that has it all but not a huge number of isles, this is the place to go.

I like the convenience of the HEB because you have to HEB and you have the HEB Plus a plus its a lot of stuff that you need for a garden barbecuing and all that stuff Plus they have the pharmacy which at the same time you go drop off your prescription for your grocery shopping or your grocery I mean go shopping for the garden supplies and all of that are by the time you finish doing your shopping to medication is ready at HEB so I enjoy it very much Ill be there a customer for years thank you

Cashier was very rude and very unprofessional! Had to much of an attitude! One of the assistant managers/manager had the same bad attitude! Fix your prices before arguing with a costumer🙄😒!!

Good selection. Some items we use missing from the veggies. Checkout seems to move along fast enough. Pharmacy (used once) was very helpful.

The quality of merchandise this store has allows me the pleasure to choose what I really like to buy. Cheer satisfaction. No other grocery store throughout the Rio Grande valley compares to HEB.

I love this HEB in particularMost of the staff is very friendlyThey have the best meat around here and the store in overall is super clean .I’ve never seen spoiled produce so that’s a sign they’re always on spot.There’s always someone on floor to help you find something you don’t see. The ONLY thing I hate and always have to be letting them know is the bagging....they tend not to care so much on what you can mix and what doesn’t go together, Or they’ll put 6 glass bottles of spaghetti sauce together that by the time you load it to your car the bag ripped apart ...then you get another bag with one tomato sauce in a Single bag???So anyway I rate this store in RIO 5Dispite of the baggers not being on spot most of the time.

Staff so helpful and attentive. Usually find all I need in the correct Iles, there is no messy stuff lying around.

Its A Place Where you can buy your groceries for retail price but they have cheaper options rather than other retail markets and That is why I Liked shopping here

I like this HEB but they need to do better at checkout. The lines get so long and it seems like there is always a problem with a price check or payment method etc. Not only is it inconvenient but my cold food gets hot.

Good place over all, but the Express lanes arent fast at all people dont respect the 15 item rule, maybe if they would sorta enforce the rule it would be great for those of us who are in a hurry, and it would make the lines smoother aswell
