I ordered a lamp online to be picked up at the store. The ordering process was very easy and my order was ready quickly. When I picked up my lamp, it had a huge bright yellow order sticker slapped right across the front. Not a problem; however, when the adhesive cant be removed before damaging the product, I do NOT appreciate it! The manager Cameron we super easy going, really nice, and is going to replace the lamp. So that part was also decent and I appreciated him. But all around it was a huge frustration and waste of my time today. Risky choice IMO...

They were trying to sell me the spun mop for 10.00 over the advertised price. Said it was the online price. Uhhh no it was not. I had to explain to them that legally they have to give it to me for the advertised price. Sheesh!!

Im not as fond of the plant selections at home depot... The plants are fine, but the pots and such are less so. Either not in stock or not much to pick from, I cant really tell? Aside from that, the store is usually clean and easy to navigate

Never again. Nobody here cares about the customers or knows the inventory. If you manage to find someone to ask for help, they kind of roll their eyes and ask like you are a major inconvenience. On more than one occasion, multiple employees have said I dont work here or I dont know when asking for help locating items. (Not sure how someone wearing a uniform and stocking shelves doesnt work there.) Either way, there was no interest in helping me find what I was shopping for,. The Garden center had a total number of Zero carts, none of the employees I spoke with seemed very enthusiastic about anything other than collecting a pay check. I know there is a labor shortage, but hiring people who dont want to work is worse than having vacant positions. The total lack of care and customer service is emblematic of this location. Consequently, I will never again shop at this Home Depot, and neither should you if you value your time.

This is a great Home Depot. The paint employees are very helpful here though. I am new to New Mexico, and I saw some spray or something for scorpions?? Made me question my decision to be here, but Home Depot has my back if things get ugly.

I like this store generally though some items there are not included in the military discount program. Generally I will choose Lowes if I am spending a good deal of money and they have similar items available. Their program doesnt have this issue.

Worst experience ever...visited multiple HD stores. Most had been robbed of the items i needed, so online inventory was erroneous. Will order from Amazon in future..they have better control of inventory. Goodbye HD!

Planned to remodel a bathroom, had over $500 dollars of supplies in the cart bit left it on the floor after pathetic customer service at the paint counter. BL - contractors have priority to homeowners, which is wrong. Guess poor help is better than no help to keep the place open. HD is closer but Ill try Lowes from now on for all needs.

I had to run in quick to buy brackets for our new cedar fence. I stopped an employee and described what I was looking for. He understood what I wanted and directed me right to the aisle I need to visit.

I always thought all home depot’s had obnoxious people working in the receiving area. I was wrong. This store had nice friendly people that made my delivery as easy as it can be.

Always shop Here Lowes treats you like a theif when doing a return of an active item because it was out of their 90 day policy by 2 weeks and above $100 at $230. I know their are theifs but Im a business customer they LOST and Home Depot will keep!

Always someone helpful to give you a hand dont like the focus on self-checkouts though but they always have a lion ready for you at least two if you dont want to use them

I like to Home Depot. The people there were very helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed. Im going to till my friends and family to go shopping at Home Depot.

First I went to the Home Depot on Coors by I-40. They were out of stock on the item I wanted. But their computers said it was in stock at the store on Renaissance. So I drove over there to find that they were also out of stock. But they said that the store off of route 550 had 16 of them in stock. So I drove way up there. And by now Im sure youre not surprised to hear that they didnt have any either.

Clean and every employee asks if you need anything. After a while I wanted a sticker that says finding what I need all by myself. Great place though for home needs

On 14 April 2021; my daughter, nephew, and I went to Home Depot to find a few cleaning products. During our shopping experience; at least 4 Home Depot employees kept coming around the areas we went to and even against the path we walked. We saw a few of them look in the area we were shopping at; the exact aisle and location of a certain product. Ive been shopping at Home Depot for many years and this is absurd.I do not recommend this location as they like to monitor Asian Americans.

The employees are very helpful when they can be. Even when they do not know something they try to help. The customer service is on point here!

I went in for paint for my new house, we asked for a certain kind of paint, the man mixed it and sent us on our way. The next day when we went to use the paint, and it was clumpy and looked off. We used as much as we could but it started to get worse and looked horrible on our newly textured walls. We then went back to the store with the bucket to show what had happened, the man mixed the wrong paint and ruined the $120 bucket. The manager then proceeded to not give us any money back or just a new bucket. She then stated we shouldnt have used so much it was our fault. I have spend too much money at home depot redoing my whole house and will not be returning after this experience. VERY DISSATISFIED. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Another Home Depot outlet where there are not enough employees who are all asked to do too much. Difficult to locate associates to help you find items, and when you do they are surrounded by multiple other customers who got there first. Items are often and regularly out of stock (although some of that is due to Covid). Early on in the Covid pandemic this particular store was flouting state laws regarding masks, social distancing, and the number of people permitted in the store at one time. They have since gotten better. I had wood cut in-store two weeks ago and today, both times for no charge. Both times their $15,000 radial saw made lousy out-of-square zero-degree cuts (which I later measured at 6 degrees). Pointed out the poor quality of the cuts to employees both times (as well as today to a manager). Got the same answer from four different people: Thats all were going to for customers. We know the saw is out of adjustment but were not going to fix it. The cuts are free. Amazing attitude and policy about the work they do, and how they deal with a known problem that comes right from the top. If I had a $15,000 radial saw in my store, Id make it sure it operated properly (probably a 10-minute fix). You have to wonder how this store handles other problems. Ill be shopping elsewhere.

I bought a washer and dryer from this store and was told they would be delivered and installed within two days of purchasing. Long story short they delivered but told me they could not install because I bought a stock item. Sabrina (the associate who sold me the machines) assured me theyd be installed. I spoke to a manager and he sent an individual named Mauricio to my home to install and Mauricio was completely unprofessional- he walked in and made a comment about my toilet being in the way of where the units would go and then proceeded to leave. I asked if there was an issue in which he replied saying an associate from Home Depot would call me.I called Home Depot back and asked if I would be guaranteed installation in which the manager stated it was a courtesy sending someone to my home- that he could not guarantee anything. I then asked for the installation criteria and he could not provide me with that.My boyfriend later called and that is when more info was provided-- the installer (Mauricio) refused to install the units and we would have to install them ourselves.ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!

Horrible store, employees don’t even know what’s exactly going on I purchased an amount of 4K with a delivery date after paid it couldn’t happen to get a refund was a hassle of an hour with stupid corporate.! Never again !!

Always find what we need.

This is one of my favorite places to go to for endless supply possibilities. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The one thing I love most about this store is that they let you cut your plywood boards to size . Great place.

Apparently this is a smaller store so they dont have everything that the larger stores have. However they do have the essentials. Store is always clean and organized. Employees are friendly but you have to hunt them down to ask for help. The only one that is constantly present and engaging is the one trying to sell you a service. They have done an excellent job during covid.

This store has the worst customer service out of all the stores. Their management makes your life a living hell to return stuff and refuses to honor the warranty they sell you.

Everyone who help us with our new trailer was very helpful and so kind and make our day. Thank you to Cruz and the young man who put the tires on the trailer.

Staff is friendly, has usually good stock available except in garden section during summer. Reason for 3 stars is they are 200% more expensive to have projects completed like flooring. Got a quote for $10,800 for 1100 sqft of wood flooring this includes everything. After seeing that and have worked with numerous contractors I knew that was a price gouge. Already have multiple offers for the same work for $5,000 and less. So moral of the story you can buy products there but dont use there instalation process you will pay 2x more then what it should cost. Other then this I enjoy the store and am happy to have it nearby.

It has great deals and the staff is cheerful and willing to help . If not their section theyll ask you what you are looking for and call over the radio to get someone to help you.

Home Depot on 550 provides a horrible shopping experience. After placing an online order for a faucet for delivery it was cancelled the following day without reason. When using the text option provided for questions I was repeatedly told I had ordered a towel rod that was out of stock. I was told that I had not ordered a faucet and that Home Depot was right because the order number is all that mattered. The associate refused to check for faucet availability based on the website order and the SKU number. I then contacted the 1-800 number where I was informed that the Internet numbers of the two products were incorrect. The order number Home Depot provided me linked to a towel rod while the Internet number linked to the faucet. They were unable to determine if the faucet was actually available in any of the stores in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe area. This associate was friendly but unable to provide a resolution of ordering the faucet. I then phoned the local store and spoke to the manager on duty. The manager now stated that the order number was pointing to the faucet but refused to check for stock status. He stated that he knew nothing about towel rods but that someone would have already checked for faucet availability before cancelling the order. Even after I explained that I had been repeatedly told that the towel rod I hadnt ordered was out of stock, the manager insisted that wasnt the case and that the order number only pointed to the faucet - although 2 other Home Depot associates contradicted this - he still refused to check for store availability, stating that I could try other Home Depot stores in Albuquerque or Santa Fe. This interactions with these store employees were horrible. I cant speak for other departments but if the manager and text employee are representative of the values at this store I will not be shopping here in the future. I would recommend that locals highly consider using the Lowes in the area.

Most employees seem knowledgeable on where to find certain things. Just ordered a set of blinds and it took a while to get here but worth it.

Ordered a product online for curbside pick up. Was ready on time and was easy once I figured out where to wait for my delivery. The pick up lane was not easily distinguishable and pedestrians were utilizing the road area as a crossing zone. Though the guy who brought out my curbside was courteous and efficient. I appreciated not having to go inside for my products.

Da cashier dat helped me was so nice she made sure I got my military discount nd tribal discount I had alot of lumber dat I needed 2 purchase nd she was so helpful nd made sure I was gettin da rite prices she even went 2 where they were stocked 2 scan da prices off of them she was so sweet if I ever go shop Ill look her up 👍⭐

Handicapped people have a problem with the mobilized carts not being charged. Hardly anyone to help finding things. Employees walking around as if they have other problems than to help customers.

I saw a lot of bare shelves, but the parking lot is always packed. I prefer Lowes myself, better selection at better prices.

Im pretty disappointed. I drove all the way from Albuquerque just to pick up the Milwaukee trim square. Online it said that there was 11 in stock just to find out that not only did they not have any but their staff had no clue what I was talking about when I asked for assistance.

It is frustrating to go into a place, that you need something and some people dont know what you are talking about, after wandering around the store for nearly 15 minutes, someone finally asks me what do i need? Went to Lowes 3 days ago. Enforcement of mask policy being done. Great customer service. Went to Home Depot today hThere was no Enforcement at all, even some employees not wearing mask. I will take my business to Lowes. Home Depot doesnt care about my health or life as a senior.

Its nice that they were open, we have to make line for about 5 minutes, they marked the lines to walk one way to avoid congestion. As always, you tend to walk out with more staff that you intended to purchase and the staff members are always helpful.

Stop by Home Depot today to pick up a new water sprayer for the sink faucet. An employee came by and I asked which would be best and fit the sink I had. He said he did not know and would find the person for that section. No one showed up for a hour. Finally, just guessed, got home and it didnt fit. Now, another long drive back to Home Depot to buy yet another sprayer. Hopefully someone is around to help find the right one.

I find it very convenient to have a Home Depot right down the street from me, especially when doing home repairs, and the military discount is a very strong bonus to boot.

The home Depot is a great place to go for your home needs. When it comes to asking the employees for something. That is another story. If youre looking where something is someone might be able to help you. If you are looking for some advice good luck. The employees are not as helpful as they used to be and I no longer rely on them for help finding things or how to fix things. I do not feel that the employees are trained as well as they could have been. I think home Depot has lost its quality but still great place to go. If I see the employee performance go up I will rate home Depot better.
