My experience from this store was great. The staff was friendly. They had all the necessities with decent variety. Lowkey. Great atmosphere.I feel everyones experience may be slightly different in that if you felt compelled to write a bad review:* maybe they were legitimately busy and couldnt pick up the phone, which is the case with MOST businesses these days.* maybe people are human and you caught them at a bad time.* maybe ecigs are the least of your troubles when it comes to your kids.* maybe you took something personal and are lashing out.As for me, my experience was cool, especially coming from out of town and stopping randomly.

Tried to make a deal with them and all they can do is hang up on me and call me, brotha. This is after being hung up on the first time just asking to speak to the owner just so I can make a proposition. Never will I do business here with ghetto speak and ignorance like that. Small but if your young its a decent place

I am a parent in the Volcano Vista school district. I have 2 teenage boys in VVH. I have confiscated 3 jewel vape pens with multiple refill pods. After questioning my sons and their friends, they have admitted to purchasing them at this establishment. After a few weeks of questioning peers of my kids, This establishment has come up more than 3 times! I am contacting news and N.M. AFT.

My son was just caught with 2 electronic cigarettes which he was using to smoke THC. He is 16 years old. He claims he bought them from this establishment without an ID. He further stated it is well known amongst Rio Rancho high school students, this smoke shop will sell to children under 18. I will be reporting to the local ATF office.

I was thinking about coming in for some actual cigars until I saw all the pot-head pics. Classy. 🙄

The counter girl was nice and seemed to know about the products. She and I both forgot one thing. No biggie I 4got.

This shop has glass melting artests as owners. I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door. I highly recomend this location for knowledgable, friendly staff.

Tried calling before driving over to see if they had a product in stock. After 10+ tries over 3 hours -all of which went straight to a prerecorded message that gives you no option to leave a follow up voicemail- I gave up and went elsewhere. What is the point of a business having a phone that they never answer and you can’t even leave a message? Very unprofessional!

Its the only decent smoke shop in Rio Rancho. The others may have a slightly larger selection but Roman is always changing things up and sells things so fast that his selection is always changing

Phone line always goes to answering machine? Request product and they never get it in. If they would cater to customer theyd do much better. Seems pot smoking is more a priority there. 😕
