For the 3rd time now, I got a text saying my pickup order is delayed. I wait hours and no updates. I never end up getting the order and I have to cancel it and re order everything the next day. I call over and over but can’t ever get anyone on the phone. I refuse to go inside and shop because of it being all self checkout. When you’re shopping for a family of 5, it’s not a small grocery haul. This location is the actual worst of the Walmarts out here. I will never attempt to order form here or shop here again. Not worth it. Hate this location.

Im so upset after my experience last night. The reason for one star is because of not not the app but pick up. First off the app wouldnt check me in as on my way for the pickup order. Secondly I got to the store ten minutes before my time was up to pick up the items. I scheduled a store pickup from 8 to 9pm. Reason being is because I work late and had to get my kids from the sitter. I knew Id be there before they closed the pickup. I arrived for pickup at 8:50pm. Yes, Im aware that is on the latter side of the time but they shouldnt have left until 9pm. I ordered three things. Two gifts and a Birthday card for my son. Whose birthday is today. I had to wait to place the order until yesterday, which was payday. So I got there and called the number when I pulled into a spot. It went right to voicemail. I called the main stores number and a woman answered. She seemed friendly but ended up putting me on hold. I was holding for over ten minutes for her to pickup the phone and hang up on me! I called again and the phone rang until disconnected. I called three more times for the same thing to happen. I decided to just leave. (I couldnt go in to grab the gifts because both kids had fallen asleep in the car) So I left and drove home. I proceeded to call for another ten minutes as I wanted to speak with management. They never answered me. I ended you requesting a refund because I would not be giving that Walmart another chance. There are other ones I can go to and will do so from here on out.

I have been trying to call for the past hour to speak with someone from the bakery department but no answer. The phone will ring for a little over 4 minutes and someone answers and hangs up right away. I call several times and the same thing happens over and over again. I dont want to have to drive over to the store seeing that I live 20 mins away, only to have a simple question answered by the people in the bakery.

One of the better Walmarts. No one bothered me about not wearing a mask. Was clean, carts were working. If I didnt live so far away I would go to this one more often, but unfortunately its too far out and only go if I happen to be in the area which is rare.

This Walmart supercenter is nice because of how convenient it is location wise from where I travel mostly. Also unlike the Walmart supercenter at the Cottonwood area, they dont charge for bags which is nice since I want bags to take home and recycle by repurposing them. Though the only gripe is how poor the lot for traffic is where the entrance where Panda Express is the intersection that was poorly thought out and how likely that an accident can occur.

What happened to the Authentic New Mexican pork tamales? The last few times that Ive been there it hasnt even been on the app nowhere in the aisles side aisles nowhere. Really really hope you guys didnt stop discontinuing with that product. The personal boxes of candy I guess you consider it theater candy The runts have been out for the last past few times.

I hate self check out. But waiting in a huge long line to do all the work myself is THE worst check out ever. Time of employees out on the floor working and restocking but zero cashiersAnd most the self checkout lanes are closed too? More focus on customer service please!

Did not have the computer I wanted even though online said they had it in stock. The manger was very helpful though and even tried calling another store for me.

We needed a couple of things and ran inside. This store is immaculate. There were plenty of cashiers on duty to get us out, fast. Produce here is especially nice. Meat was just OK. The selection of breads was awesome! Waiting line at the pharmacy was short. Overall we were very happy with this store. Staff was friendly and out going. Recommended stop for food, Call drinks, and prescription medications. The meat selection was a little bit sad. Ill try somewhere else for good meat.

Took over an hour to do a simple delivery pick up. If you work for door Dash as a side hustle, do not accept Walmart orders from this location. The workers are incompetent, rude, unapologetic, and slower than my dead grandmother.Hire better people.

I use to love shopping here, and I loved there curbside pick up options. And now I dont think that I ever shop here again...I had to waited for an hour and a half for my order even though I had a reserved time to pick up. I called their number for pick up and no one answered. When I finally did get my order I had a few items missing. Its just not worth it anymore...so done with Walmart.

Sun. 02/28/2021. My FAV Walmart Supercenter! Staff is attentive & on-the-job. Store is bright & clean & well-stocked. Plenty of Self Service registers with Walmart Attendants ready to assist customers. Really convenient selection of wines & spirits, too!⭐⭐⭐⭐

It really bugs the blank out of me that in addition to waiting in line forever now you have to scan your own products. There were no cashiers ringing up customers only do it yourself available. I think that they should have at least one line open with a cashier ringing up.

I dont usually shop at this location, but recently did an order for pick-up and waited over an hour once I arrived despite the text message saying my order was ready. There were multiple other waiting people who were there over an hour as well. At the other locations I have used it is usually 5 minutes or less of a wait. Never again.

Fantastic place to shop! Easy parking, not too crowded, most of what I looked for was there and that says a lot with the supply shortages these days. I got some groceries and then decided to buy my little girl a bicycle and the young lady that was working at the automotive counter helped me out by having the service tech air the tires up. She then told my wife and I that we could beat the lines and ring out at her counter wich saved us a lot of time. I cant think of a time when I gave a Walmart a 5 star review bit this is definitely a diamond in the rough.

Lots time the store is out of stock what I needed but its better than going online to shop now because the 3rd parties online sellers are selling customers nothing but junks the corrupt 3rd parties sellers who selling their defensive products know its difficult for most customers to return their junk especially big tickets items! People now that stores are open go directly into the retailers so you can inspect anything you buy because if the merchandise is defective junks you can go directly back into the store and return it

Its always dicey at best when shopping at this Walmart. I dont mind bagging my own groceries but maybe they should go down on their prices because were not paying for checkers anymore.

I dont mind bagging my groceries, but HATE that I cant get the bags apart or loose, please solve this issue. Also very disappointed they are not disinfecting each kiosk. How many hundred people touched it be fore me and my groceries?

Not having cashiers is the worst thing to happen to Walmart I truly dislike self checkouts customers should get discounts for working for free. At least have some cashiers give us the choice.

Well, as everyone probably knows, Walmarts supercenters have almost every basic item you could want at usually the best price. I can only add a few tidbits of information that might improve your shopping experience at this location. First, I prefer to use the entrance around the side, next to automotive center-less congestion, closer parking, and youre immediately in the bowels of the store. Also, if you see a pair of shoes you really like, and they have more than one, youd better buy two pairs, because youre not likely to see that style on the shelf again later. Lastly, they probably wont have any of the laptops in stock, just the displays, and forget trying to find a USB chord with a type A plug on both ends. However, their return process is easy, and checkout too. Shop on!!!

Worst shopping experience ever. Walmart over works their employees and do not care about customers that sit and wait 4-5 hours at curbside pickup waiting for their groceries that they could have gotten in an hour if they went inside and not have to worry about missing half their order. Will never give them my money again.

I saw 2 girls steal some mail polish stuff. I purchased items along with a microwave. The door person lets the 2 girls walk through, while I have to show a receipt for the huge microwave!! Like Im gonna purchase all my stuff but not the appliance!! Good greefuss!! Let alone have to bag my own merchandise!! Thats why I shop at Smiths!! Awesome customer service!!

The food price comparison to other food stores, prices are higher at Walmart, definitely in the meat as well as the fruits and vegetable departments. I find that prices have jumped 20% or more. Im not HAPPY and I find myself buying less from Walmart

I waited two hours for a curbside order. After an hour of waiting, I received an email thanking me for picking up my order. I finally had to call the manager of the store in order to get my order.

What can I say, its my local Walmart. Pleasent to go into, and there is this fantastic cashier who always has a funny joke to make the day brighter. Love it.

This Walmart is only getting 2 stars solely because of the gentleman working the pickup area. After 3 hours trying to call Walmart and MULTIPLE employees including managers hanging up on my and/or REFUSING TO ANSWER THE PHONE after they didn’t give me many items from my online order, I stopped by and he quickly found my missing items and ran them out to me and apologized for everyone else slacking. This guy seriously deserves a break or recognition. Kudos to him!

Employees are great. Love the pickup service, but the web change is not user friendly. No cashiers anymore, so will not be doing a regular large shop inside again due to only having self checkout. Back to Albertsons!

Its a Wal-Mart. Ive learned to not expect much. The isles are always blocked with skids of product. Yet you never see anyone putting anything away.

This location is always clean and well maintained. Even with layout changes they seemed to be doing pretty good at keeping things organized.

Been waiting for 45 mins for door dash orders here at the Walmart pickup. Called the store to speak with a manager an associate picks the phone up after 5 mins of ringing then puts my call on hold for another 5 mins. Just like all other Walmarts their going downhill at a fast rate!!

This story is never stocked, they change things around constantly. The staff are not helpful and rude. They moved the pick up area to the south side of store where there is work being done and it is a nightmare got blocked in by a large truck with some heavy equipment. Just a mess needs more organization

I just wanted to take time to thank this kid name Arthur I stopped him as he was pulling a cart full of freight he was very kind to stop and help me I was looking for knee pads I had been down the aisle but couldnt find them he got on his phone and found them in the aisle they were to the far back so I didnt see them he was kind friendly and help me find the knee pads I was looking for I had already been to three stores if he didnt stop to help me I would have never spotted them underneath the shelf Thank you Arthur for your help and your kindness

Pretty much the worst tire buying experience in 30 years. Im buying tires for my daughters jeep, this is the second time I have tried to do so. First time they sold me tires that were not available. That took two weeks to figure out they pulled a fast one on me and applied for a refund The second pair is available but the tires have been delayed once and Im unable to schedule an appointment online to mount them. It will take at least a month to buy tires. Im getting these before she is going bay to college. Thank God I started the process two months in advance. My son needs them as well. Getting his at discount tire.

Didnt have the printer we wanted but associate did recommend another. All in all this trip was much more helpful than the calls the day before!

PICKUP WARNING ⚠️... Im at the pickup at Walmart and waiting for 30+mins... Why is my online stuff not ready for pickup...😡 I met another person here in the parking lot and she said that it is common to wait for 45mins or so.

I always gotta travel to a Walmart way out in the boonies to get what I’m looking for… (then again, I may just be a picky little S.O.B).Regardless… This Walmart usually has what you need… Even if it’s not necessarily what you want.But THEY DO sell liquor!!! So that’s a plus!!!

We came to Rio Rancho Walmart on Unser to buy a new modem which was signed at $149 but rang up $169 so we had to get a price adjustment.. we wanted to buy a patio furniture set but no one was working in garden center so I asked an associate for help, he told me he had to go find his manager because they dont have walkie talkies, so I waited for that. He came back & said they would page someone to help us, they paged & no one came.. I tried to call customer service & was hung up on twice, my husband went to ask for help again & was told by an associate that no one can help us because theyre working on a skeleton crew. There were about 15 employees watching customers at self check out while regular lanes are closed, garden center is closed & no one was willing to help us. The thing is though, they dont care about the sale loss because theyre clearly making enough money

Waited over 15 minutes for help tried calling Online Pickup for assistance at the tower. Had to go to customer service and was greeted by Kenny the Team Lead for OGP he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other guests about needing help. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Infact the City Of Vision Mayors Office will be called. Corporate was notifiedDont shop here you wont like the customer service from Pickup & Delivery.

All is as expected but they dont restock often enough. I usually wont see my favorite basic items for 2-3 weeks after they run out and i go in weekly. Most of these items are common and even great value brands and Ive noticed this issue even pre-pandemic, so i dont know what the real issue is but its inconvenient.

Employess are always rude, show a lack of interest in helping anyone, and the worst part is they try to enfoce policies that are not on the door. And when asked for proof, they throw their hands up, and get mad at you.

When ordering online shopping I’ve had missing groceries, someone else’s groceries and expired groceries! When I called to speak to mgmt I was on hold for 47 minutes then transferred twice. Staff was unwilling to give a managers phone name. I was then hung up on. This is by far the worst and Mose selfish place ever. I hate Walmart.

The people in Rio Rancho are so much more friendly then the ones in Albuquerque! So much more so that we are going to start going there to shop!!

For all the negativity that Walmart gets... this store isnt that bad. We do have our share of bad apples but for the most part, this place is pretty good.I usually have an associate asking me if I need help with something or if I need help out. Thats pretty good and makes me feel that if I do need help, all I need to do is to ask and someone will be there. It makes me feel much more confident to go shopping alone while currently physically disabled.

I hate walmart. Customer service there is awful. No one answers the phone. If you need an item thats locked or just ask a question, You push the ringer & it sends a message, an employee is needed in that dept. I have pushed that button 5 times, 2 different stores and NO ONE came. Not Helpful Employees!!

I was impressed with this Walmart. Most Walmart’s are dingy and depressing havens for rednecks and the unclean. This one was actually clean, well stocked, and not overcrowded. I almost didn’t believe it when not just one but three! Employees actually asked me if I needed help finding anything. As far as Walmart’s go this one is not bad at all.

I dont work for walmart, but yet here i am being forced to be my own cashier and bag my own food. I do like self checkout when i get a few things, but not when i shop for the week and especially having to look up produce codes like Im an employee. What makes me really mad is thinking of the elderly having to do the same as me.

Buying ( Fresh Produce ) from Walmart online is horable. they give u whats on the verge of turning bad.

When youre order grocery pickup or delivery they never have anything. They scratch everything from your order. The other stores know how to order stock but not this one.

Today would have been the second time in a couple of weeks that I have needed something from a locked case and got a very slow/non existence response from pushing the little red button that calls for help. Today, there was a gentlemen who had been waiting for 30 minutes when I showed up and no one ever came. I searched for an associate only to find one who had no clue how to help and said, “I do t have a radio” after I asked him if he could at least call someone. So I went on the search for someone else and was told, you can go to customer service! Deciding to leave and get my one item I went into the store for somewhere else, I tried calling only to get disconnected the first time and no one answering the second. It’s bad enough we have to check ourselves out without the option of a cashier to do it for us, but now we have to hunt for help and service?? No thank you!!!

Still no checkers. How about a discount for having to do my own checking?

I understand that some folks are down on these large department stores, but at the end of the day we realize that the people working there are just like us. They work hard, earn low wages, try their best to accommodate others and are just trying to make ends meet, just like us.Somehow I lost a container of cooked salmon from their delicatessen, and noticed that not only was it not in my cart when I arrived at my car, but my receipt did not even show it. When I returned to the entrance, the doormen were understanding and courteous, and allowed me back in to inquire. A manager immediately came to my assistance and inspected all the checkers, searching for that container. But in the end I just got another container and the delicatessen workers were understanding and helpful. Big store, but theyre ordinary, hardworking people, just like you and me.

This Rio Rancho was the biggest and most well stocked Wal Mart I have been in and ome of the largest. I really enjoyed the visit.

The wait was a bit long after checking in for curbside pickup, but I understand everyone is understaffed.

Shelves always empty.. get something good, then dont have it the next time. What happened to the bakery? No fresh bread or pumpkin pie.. they need to take lessons from the Rio Rancho store! What is the manager 🤔

Nice Walmart but its feeling the supply shortage

Its WalMart, the only real difference with this store is that its a smaller version of super WalMart. So it has a smaller variety of products.The self checkout is pretty random though. I have had employees tell me to go there when I have had a cart full of items. And other times I have had around 20 items and even though half were my nephews to buy separately they still wouldnt let us use self checkout...This last time I waited in line for self checkout, and after waiting I was next in line and the person says no cash or change (I forget which). WOULD HAVE been so nice to have known sooner like 10 minutes before I waited in line. But I guess they couldnt figure out how to make a sign or tell people when they first get in line.In the Walmart employees defense they explained how its been like that for over a week. Which made it worse. No one in the 7 days prior could either find change, OR put a sign up! LolSo other than this location being a little smaller and self checkout having random rules depending on who is working I guess. Its a good WalMart.

Customer service was EXCELLENT.Speed of delivery was EXCELLENT.Fixing a problem was EXCELLENT.Convenience was a zero, and setting expectations was a zero.This had to do with their orange tower which is inside the store.So the people part of the score is excellent.Wal-Marts design for delivery is bad.

10+ employees standing around but no one working registers had no choice but to use there self check out. Had like 20 bags on the floor because we ran out of space. Walmarts hate their customers. I have had plenty of bad experiences here but no good ones. I really have to stop going here even though its 5 minutes down the street from me. This location never restocks any of their products, its absolutely terrible. Been like this since before the pandemic. Go for food, nothing else.
