They definitely had the protein powder and supplements that I needed at a great price, however, I guess I must have visited on a bad day as the rep behind the counter had the personality of a broom handle. Yikes, very off putting. While this is the closest location for me, I think Ill just go to another store next time around.

Had an interesting experience with Justen at this location. He didn’t want to honor my husbands $20 credit because we didn’t have the GNC App. Kept telling us it is the only way to receive points or credits. Well, that’s false since GNC uses your email and phone to locate reward points and credits. We have never even been told about an app. We stated we have an email showing our rewards and points and showed him. He said well, next time when you have the app, I can take the $20 off. We said, no.. we will have it now or not buy anything. He had stated he couldn’t see any rewards or $20 off next purchase on his computer. He said that is why you have to have the app. We said it has never been a problem and we have proof through the GNC email sent to my husband in the last two days. He suddenly was able to give us the credit of $20, BUT, just this once he said. We have to have that app. The app is not for what he is stating. It will keep your points but your email and phone number pull it up in the system according to every google search related to this issue. He was put off by us and slightly abrasive, not to mention erroneous in his comments.

Apparently the employees at GNC know more then my nutritionist. I was told to pick up a very specific protein powder by my nutritionist. I was told by the people at GNC that I was wrong that I need to start with probiotics and look at a different type of whey protein. Did not see their degree on the wall like I did at my nutritionists office. If GNC is going to provide a script for their employees to read maybe they should have some basis and nutrition and biochemistry. Remember ask a professional not some kid behind the counter working for commission.

The ladies there this evening were very helpful and friendly! Out of the GNC locations Ive been to, I felt most welcome here.

I am debating vitamin supplements and was looking around the store and reading the different varieties and I was asked if Im going to buy something or not! That if Im not planning on buying something that I need to leave.I informed him I work a few doors down from the store and was just looking and he told me this is not a hang out and I need to leave if not buying anything. . I asked him his name and he said Justin.
